(Passed) Diplomatic Relations Act
The Eurussian Government in its aim of ensuring peaceful international diplomacy and protections of privileged envoys of heads of state and heads of government; in its aim of ensuring that all diplomats, ambassadors, and consuls may enjoy special privileges provided by international law that highlights their importance of sending and receiving information from their represented state to the host state; and in its aim to have a universally accepted principle on the conduct of foreign diplomacy and to protect diplomats from coercion, do hereby proposes and promulgates this proposed law before the Security Council;
DIPLOMATIC RELATIONS ACT

Section 1)
A State may send diplomatic mission to another State with the consent of the Host State.
A State may send diplomatic mission to an international organization as representation.
Section 2)
A diplomatic mission may be composed of ambassadors, consuls, their offices and/or residences, and all other personnel necessary to fulfill its duties and responsibilities.
Such mission shall be granted the privileges of extraterritoriality.
Section 3)
A Host State shall ensure the free communication between diplomats and their State.
Section 4)
A diplomatic mission shall be considered an extension of territory of a State.
Section 5)
All disputes arising in this Act shall be resolved through the WA Court of Justice.

DIPLOMATIC RELATIONS ACT

Section 1)
A State may send diplomatic mission to another State with the consent of the Host State.
