The Loxan administration has finally decided to annex territories to the north of continental Xolox. Many of these lands have already been settled by Loxans for different reasons. Some were made exiles by crimes they may have committed and were sent to the wilderness outside of Xolox, others left of their own volition, either to escape the ever-present city life of Xolox(We make sure to utilize every bit of our land) or to escape the rule of the Grand Emperor. Some of these former Loxans will be have the option to be repatriated, and the exiles may be allowed to keep their homes, dependant on the grievousness of their crimes. If repatriation is not accepted by these people, their houses will be seized regardless. The Loxan administration will not attempt to reimburse them in any form, but will provide them with free transportation to the new border or to another country that they wish to seek citizenship in.

New Rhodinia is in a flurry as a pretender rises from the far northwestern shores of Arcadia. A man claiming himself to be Flavius Maximus I, "last son of Junius Maximus I", has unified the kingdoms of New Ionia, Hadria, and Campus Primordia to form the New Ionian Isles, a standard absolute monarchy as opposed to New Rhodinia's blended monarchy and democracy.


The general attitude of the New Ionian Isles has always had an aura of violence about it and hostility towards foreign powers. Case in point, Flavius Maximus has encouraged neighboring kingdoms between his and New Rhodinia to join in a growing movement aimed to dethrone Empress Cornelia Maximus I, effectively declaring himself a pretender.

Cornelia Maximus I was not available for comment, but Livia Maximus had a statement of her own to give:

Military researchers of the United Forces of Apepistan have developed and introduced a new technology that has the potential to save civilian lives in armed conflicts and further increase precision stiking technology, these are called NL-WB-s, or, Non-Lethal Warning-Bombs. The new inventions are the following:

1. NL-WB01., nicknamed "Roof Knockers", are non-lethal bombs that explode with huge noise. They are meant to be dropped on rooftops of facilities or storage sites where civilians are present. The noise created by the explosion and the minor kinetic force shaking the buildings roof warns civilians from the impending aerial attack. It can be configured aswell to act as a guide for the actual missile to ensure maximum precision.

2. NL-WB02., or "Whistler", is a type of non-lethal bomb that explodes mid-air, with a loud, high-pitched whistling sound that lasts for several seconds, and is followed by a flashbang. This bomb was developed to be used in open spaces, on in areas where there are several buildings and a single "Roof Knocker" wouldn't be effective. The NL-WB02 can not be configured to act as a homing beacon for the actual missile attack, as it explodes mid-air.

The United Forces of Apepistan have also added that the "timing" of the actual missile strike is completely free to set, and only depends on the launch difference between the NL-WB and the missile. Thus, it can be set from basically a couple of seconds to up to several minutes, allowing the civilians of the area to move to shelter or evacuate.

The U.F.A. added that, since these inventions are made to save civilian lives, the United Kingdoms of Apepistan will be producing them for other nations to purchase, and is also willing to sell the license, for a very low price. Both types of NL-WB-s underwent several tests, but are not tested yet in live combat situation.

Apepistan hopes that these inventions will minimize civilian deaths in armed conflicts, but asks nations who intend to deploy them in the future against using them as weapons of psychological warfare.

Parliament Passes Religious Freedom Act

The Irish Parliament passed DB#12(Dail Bill #12) a.k.a. the Religious Freedom Act of 2015. The bill was presented in early March with an original intent to dissolve of the National Council on Religion, a non-profit organization expressing a need for stronger religious freedoms. After weeks of debate and amending the bill officially hit the Dail Floor were it passed 94-72.

"This bill does not discriminate. It ends discrimination on religion. This bill will make it harder for the government t get involved with religion. Effectively dividing church and state. Leading to a more fair and equal society. This bill allows citizens to practice whichever religion they want and feel safe doing so. We are a nation of accepting different ideals. This bill will only further that. Not stop it." said Sinn Fein Deputy Leader Mary Lou McDonald.

The Bill was then sent to the President where he addressed religious discrimination as a major problem in Ireland.

"Our nation has been known to accept many different beliefs. But when you combine beliefs it does not always lead to peace between religions. This problem has became increasingly significant due to the rise of Islam and Christianity. Islam now has 82 million and Christianity has 85 million in Ireland. And these types of numbers don't always lead to something good. Religions clash and it seems the government makes it worse. With the signing of this bill, the government will pull all support from religion. We shall allow both public and private institutions to open that are religious. Something never allowed before. But be warned of religious clashes leads to bloody violence the police officers will step up their game to solve these conflicts."

A leaked document was circulated by newspapers and many news stations allegedly revealing a possible plan of King Ferdinand to issue a royal decree to change the country's status of neutrality into an aggressive one. This created national controversy because the kingdom is not yet prepared for war because it has weak military and only relies on foreign power for national defense. This issue is because of the rising problems of the government and the King because of the growing population, there is no more land in the country. The spokesperson of the King denied the leaked document and said it is just a false news created by the enemies of the King to bring him down now he has control of the kingdom. This also could cause problem to many nations because the kingdom has a seat in the powerful Security Council of World Alliance.

The National Senate and Pro-Counsul Junkin has just passed a new official federal budget after months of gridlock and political war. The new budget will focus on increasing the budget of government relief and support programs, increasing the defense budget, and increasing taxes and reducing the size of the federal workforce to make up for the deficit. The defense budget is to be increased by 21%, the largest increase in the defense budget in over a century during a time of peace. This increase was decided after the integration of Uzukima, deteriorating military bases and openings in the defense of the nation. The state is expected to increase the size of the navy tremendously and steadily increase the number of military bases within the nation.

Following a long discussion between the party leaders and the Senate the county of Omega Atlantica will be reforming as Senate of Omega Atlantica. Every district will vote on a representative who will represent that areas wants and needs. This will allow the government to answer the peoples demands much more efficiently. A new flag was also designed to give the nation a new identity.

Islamic Schools to open

Throughout the reign of the Dictatorship all religion was banned and being religious was punishable by death, and all religious buildings were burnt down. But following long discussion the Senate have decided to open the first Islamic School in the nation. The school will be an early step in religious freedom within the nation. With the opening of houses of worship there was a call for religious schools, and now houses of worship can become religious schools along side the stand alone buildings.

King Ferdinand recognize transgenders sex

Scottish Royal Library discovers something!

A discovery by students of Scottlands is being prepared by the university and Scottish Government to be presented to King Ferdinand for approval. It is a long lost book about geography and history making a discovery that a big island occupied by a foreign country is actually a territory and historically part of the Kingdom. This is a very big news and is being studied carefully so that island will be returned to its rightful owner which is Scottlands. There is a hint however that island is just near the kingdom.

Emir Abu Lakiptani opens ISIS to all religion

He ordered the government to remove the ban to other religions after understanding other beliefs in the Islamic Conference. The Emir is also now approving of the request of Ireland to open a church in ISIS in exchange of opening again Islamic School in Ireland.
