At the urgent request of member states of the NATO and following the attacks of SHDKZ on Snarfia and Eurussia, the Eurussian Secretary General Anders Rasmussen has convened the NATO Council to discuss the events that affects two member states of the Neutral Alliance Treaty Organization.

"Your Excellencies, as you may have been already aware of the present situation in Snarfia against the campaign on the SHDKZ Communist Terrorist Group, we are pleased to inform you that concerted efforts of various nations are gaining ground there. We assembled here as a fellow allies to Snarfia under the Neutral Alliance Treaty Organization. It is imperative for us to maintain and sustain the campaign and exhaust all means through NATO to provide aid to the Federation of Snarfia which faces the biggest threat to its existence."

"I am terribly sorry for arriving late. But for Scottlands we have two agenda here. The first is the problem with Snarfia. We are willing to help. And the other agenda is for NATO to help us convince Eurussia to negotiate over the disputed territory of the Ushten Island they control as Gibraltar Island which is a historical territory of the Kingdom of Scottlands. I am hoping that all the issues and problems can be resolved without military."

Mr. Prime Minister, I don't think this is the proper time for your dispute with Great Eurussia because we are to attend to a more pressing issues and that is SHDKZ. Please stick to that for the sake of the alliance.

"Your Excellencies, I am in no position to comment on the matter and furthermore, Eurussia is not interested to discuss the alleged dispute Scottland is referring to as that is not in the agenda of the NATO Council Emergency Meeting. We are more inclined to share with you our activities on our offensive against the SHDKZ in Snarfia. But for the time being, we wish to hear further developments from the President of Snarfia himself."

Thanks to the Eurussian assault, SHDKZ forces have lowered its numbers in east Snarfia and has send them to the west, not all of them will arrive thanks to the Snarfian A-10 squadrons.
Enforcer Corps has pushed back several enemy Units sized **** (Army Sized) and has freed over a 6000 Snarfian soldiers who are given the choice to go back on the Frontline or being send back to their loved ones.
But just like I said before, The SHDKZ is not going to be defeated easily, they are being funded by someone. And though I have secret service and special forces of the Snarfian police and Snarfian Navy we still haven't found who or what keeps sending them material."

"We will contribute our naval forces stationed in the Eurussian Duchy of Ossetia to set up a blockade if required. Furthermore, we would like to deploy our armed forces into Snarfian/SHDKZ territory."
