(Petition) Dismissal of Chivalry Empty (Petition) Dismissal of Chivalry

We believe that due to Chivalry's inactivity in the region, especially in the CoJ , that he should be replaced as a Justice in order to make the WA CoJ more efficient, and allowing it to respond to cases quicker than it has done recently.

Guided by the WA Constitution, the WA Secretary General hereby officially accepts the PETITION TO DISMISS CHIVALRY AS ASSOCIATE JUSTICE as the minimum requirement has been achieved legally.
Therefore, from this point onward, an unrevocable DISMISSAL REFERENDUM is hereby affirmed thus performing the last and final step in dismissing a member state in the tribunal. Everyone must be informed that there is a need for MAJORITY VOTES in favor of dismissal AND a participating nations of MINIMUM OF TEN for a dismissal to fully take effect. Thank you!

I am active as much as possible, If need be I can be more active, I enjoy being part of the Court of Justice. and rushing to a judgement is not always a good thing. Cases take time to look over, analyze and come to a decision that  is fair for the world.

I vote AGAINST the dismissal of Chivalry. He has been a good member of the COJ in the past, and I do wish to point out he did warn us a few months ago that he will be inactive for awhile. If he says he can be more active, then I am 100% AGAINST the dismissal of him as an Associate Justice.

We thought that Chivalry was "vanished"....this was the ratio of the proposal. However, as I stated when giving my vote, now that Chivalry has come back, I retire my favour to this proposal.

The WA Secretary General certifies the withdrawal of the petition to perpetually dismissed CHIVALRY from the Court of Justice. But for the sake of the understanding of the process, at the time Chivalry presented its position, the dismissal requirement has been achieved and it could have been declared VACANT but out of respect to the petitioner whether the dismissal will still be pursued, the Secretary General has waited for a response.
Nevertheless, if another petition is forwarded again against CHIVALRY, and it met the same requirements, its perpetual dismissal will become effective outright.
But anyhow, the petition is now WITHDRAWN!
