(LPOAP) Liberated People of Azhsahkinia Party

Conditions
1. Member nations must have a stable democracy
2. Member nations must pay the annual party tax of 1%GDP(nominal) to the founding nation, the Federation of Azhsahkinia.
Legislation of the LPOA

- Article I
The LPOA is an official Party which is aimed at the promotion of democratic nations in the World Alliance Government. The LPOA fiercely promotes the rights and causes of it's member nations in the World Alliance Government and the World Alliance Court of Justice.
Article II
The LPOA is governed by His Greatness' Palace located in the fouding nation the Federation of Azhsahkinia.
The Most Supreme Leader of the party is the reigning Prime Minister of the Federation of Azhsahkinia.LPOA is structured in the following way:

Member Nations of the LPOA
The Vice President of the LPOA is elected every four years by the Member Nations of the LPOA.
Article III
Duties of the positions in the LPOA:
• The Most Supreme Leader of the LPOA is the governing body of the LPOA. It has the right to veto any decision the Vice President of the LPOA makes.
It also has the right to assign new laws without the consent of the Member Nations of the LPOA.
• The Vice President of the LPOA is the representative of the LPOA inside the World Alliance Government. It's duties is to represent the LPOA whenever possible and to bring forth the causes of the Member Nations of the LPOA.
It has the right to accept and move forwards the law proposals voted by the Member Nations of the LPOA.
• The Member Nations of the LPOA can create proposals to be accepted or dismissed by The Vice President of the LPOA. For a proposal to go through it has to have more than 60% of the votes of the Member Nations of the LPOA.
The Member Nations of the LPOA vote on the Vice President of the LPOA every four years. For the Vice President to be elected, it has to receive more than 51% of the vote.
Article IV
Any member nation of the LPOA may be ejected by the Most Supreme Leader of the LPOA upon failing to meet the conditions written before.
The Member Nations of the LPOA can propose an ejection of a fellow nation. The proposal has to receive an unanimous vote by the non ejectee nations for it to go through to the Vice President of the LPOA.
Article V
For another party to be considered as an ally of the LPOA, a vote by the Member Nations of the LPOA must be held. The ally party must meet the condition 1. listed before.
Application
- Spoiler:
Applications must be sent to the Prime Minister of the Federation of Azhsahkinia and they are followed by a three day waiting period in which the office of the Prime Minister goes through the details of the applicant nation.

Welcome to your political party! Although the next general election for the Parliament is still a month's away, there is no reason for your Party to lose hope. Keep up your activity, recruit more members, even outside the region for you to have a political base and support.

We, "The World Alliance Democratic Socialist Party (WADSP)", are interested in forming a coalition with "The Liberal Party of Azhsahkinia (LPOA)". Both our parties share similar policies and we feel it would be in our best interests to pursue further cooperation between us.

It is "liberated people" not "liberal party"
