(Dismissed) Remove Serenarea, New Korea, Chivalry, Zanland, China China

As a WASC Member, I am requesting that the President of the WASC immediately dismiss the following members of the WASC for the following reasons:
Serenarea - (Based off my Lawsuit)
Zanland - (Based off my Lawsuit)
Chivalry - (Based off my Lawsuit)
New Korea - (Based off my Lawsuit) + The fact that they have no further RP reason left to be dealing with WASC affairs.
China China - Has little to no concept of what legislation is being proposed.
The World Alliance Security Act allows the President of the WASC to immediately dismiss any member of the Security Council for any reason:
"can also be removed by the WASC, for any grounds, at anytime and at will."

The Security Council may debate/vote on this executive proposal within five (5) days. And by virtue of the WA Security Council Act, the concerned nations, Serenarea, Zanland, Chivalry, New Korrea, and China China are prohibited from voting on this proposal due to conflict of interest being they are involved on the request.
Only nine (9) votes of in favor are required to give effect to the removal of each concerned nation to the involved nation being barred from voting concerning his own issues. And due to several WASC member states involved, it is adviced that the following format be followed for organization.
A) Serenarea - Yes / No / Abstain?
B) Zanland - Yes / No / Abstain?
C) Chivalry - Yes / No / Abstain?
D) New Korrea - Yes / No / Abstain?
E) China China - Yes / No / Abstain?
NOTE: Serenarea can't vote for A but could for B to E; Zanland can't vote for B but could for A, C to E; Chivalry can't vote for C but could for A to B, D to E; New Korrea can't vote for D but could for A to C, E; and China China can't vote for E but could for A to D.
The Eurussian Government believes that the power to remove a member state from the Security Council does not lie on the Presidency alone but the whole Security Council collectively. Thank you.

Pursuant to the "Emergency Measure on WASC Act Amendment" (Or more commonly known as) "WA Voting Reforms Act", which has reformed the "World Alliance Security Council Act", these voting guidelines now take effect as passed into law on 1/30/2015 at 1:31 AM (GMT-5).
"Section 3 - Functions
The WASC shall have the de facto supranational powers over the executive, legislative, and judicial matters in the WA which shall be enforced through a sixty six percent or two thirds concurrence of all its voting member states."
Therefore, the vote standings are at:
Serenarea - 3/6 (50%) --> (-1 from tally, because Serenarea cannot vote on itself)
Zanland - 2/7 (29%)
Chivalry - 4/7 (57%)
New Korrea - 4/7 (57%)
China China - 4/7 (57%)
At this time, none of the persons on the list can be voted out unless votes are changed or new votes arise.
