World Alliance Timeline Discussion

Greetings, fellow WA members!


Here's a quick idea I had: We could create an official timeline for the region, where the big international and national happenings and events are recorded. (only those national happenings that have an important international consequence) It would all be in the main, opening page of the thread, and from time to time it would be edited so the new happenings can be recorded, in the simplest way possible. Let me give you a fictional example:


2015.03.25.: Civil war breaks out in Apepistan.
2015.03.27.: Eurussia, Artite and Ebsotz intervene in the conflict, supporting the loyalists, while communist organisations like CAB support the communist rebels.
2015.04.01.: End of the Second Korrean War. Peace Treaty of Pyongsong.
2015.04.20.: The communist republicans take over Apepistan; dethroning the monarch and creating the United Soviets of Apepistan.
2015.04.23.: Second outbreak of the ebola virus in the WA.


So it won't turn into an endless list of dates and events, we could put every month in [spoiler], like this:

2015, March:

2015, April:

This way we could easily check what happened in the past without scrolling through countless pages of international and national news. Nations would post under the timeline the events they wish to be included.

If people like this idea, I could manage the timeline. As an IRL history student, I feel like it is my duty to keep records of the past.

I'd like to see if people actually like this idea first though, before beginning to actually do it.

Ohhhhh...then I revoke. But still, I don't think it is necessary to keep all ships their. Sure, they can have a territory there or something, but they don't need an entire navy.

I think it is, especially withe the "naval attacks" that have been happening lately.

Wait a second, did Korea actually kill any Artitian Men or destroy and ships? Because, that would break the treaty...then I would get involved.

What treaty? And yes, this has been happening for awhile......

Dang, if this keeps happening, we could see Eurussia getting involved, and that would be terrifying.

I might as well make a new thread called, "Korean Aggression Discussion"

Are you going to be catching us up with some of the important events of the past? It wouldn't be too hard, as it's all documented here. I think looking back at the timeline and seeing the day China China quit would make my day a little better on any occasion.
