Welcome to the City of Yell, where Yellasia will be holding peace talks to decide what to do with Articmainia.

Yellasia has currently invited Lonbonia and Aloia, the two suffering from Articmainia's actions, but more governments may be included as the talks continue.

1. Democracy shall be spread to Articmainia; Emperor John Wallace is far too reckless for executive powers and shall be given a ceremonial role.
2. All of Articmainia's nukes must be confiscated.
3. Lonbonia, Aloia, and Yellasia will administer temporary occupation zones to rebuild Articamainia until they can be independent.
4. Reparations will be forgiven due to the immense damage inflicted upon Articmainia, far greater than the damage inflicted on Aloia or Lonbonia.

The Minister of Defence, Joe Nordil, arrives with two Lonbonian soldiers.


"Ahem, I hope I arrived on time."

Prime Minister Carl Avery (who is accompanied by the Minister of Defence) replies, "You have arrived on time. Why don't you take a seat?"

Joe Nordil nods, and takes a seat.


"Now, we all know our countries are in danger, The nukes we sent from Aloia are probably only a mere distraction help to buy us some time, do you have any idea, Mr. Avery?

"It is difficult to say. We do know that the destruction of 64% of Artips would be devastating and Articmainia would likely be unable to continue for much longer. Yellasia will not be able to offer military support due to our conflict with the Low Republic, but we will offer whatever we can when we are finished there."

"What does the Low Republic want from you? Aren't both of your countries from the same origin? If anything, I could send you three thousand soldiers to help you with the Yellasian-Low War! They are the reason of why they're giving Articmainia a chance to win. They keep you under pressure from attacking Articmainia. Why don't you use IBMS or a nuke to end them?"

Aloian representatives Akira Ishikawa and Athena Marlborough walk in and nod at the two gentlemen already present. Akira opens his mouth and says, "Nice to see you two."

Athena says, "We're willing to support all your operations both financially and logistically."

"It's complicated. Yellasia will accept any aid we can get, but are not willing to use a WMB against the Low people. The damage would be immense, and the loss of life would not be worth it when we have already started to have an advantage. The only strategic areas to nuke are densely populated, with rich history, and would take out such a huge portion of the Low population. Reconstruction would become immensely more expensive as well. We have also made contact with the Low Liberation League, a resistance movement within the Low Republic who wishes for unification. We ask that all three of us recognise this as the legitimate representative of the Low people."

Avery looks to Athena and Ikishawa and says, "Nice to see you as well. We welcome any support you can give us. But we must discuss when, how, and how much."

"Nice to see you two, You're welcome to help us."

"So, we have a lot to cover. Yellasia wishes to reunite the nations under a new government, the United Yellasian-Low Kingdom, in coordiniation with the Low Liberation League. Yellasia will assume 50% of the Low debt, while the Holy Patrician States will cover the other half. We will likely need to pay reparations to New Zealand.

Regarding Articmainia, we must come to an agreement with how to handle them once defeated. Yellasia, if financially unable to occupy a large zone, will at least rebuild Artips and oversee the capitol. But we must come up with a plan to end the war with Articmainia and the Low Republic first."

"In addition..." the Minister of Defence adds, "When we agree on a peace plan with Articmainia, we will present the plan and offer Wallace a chance to step down without further harm. If not, we will have to launch a final offensive, but not until the Low Republic is taken out."

"Well, the case would have ended successfully if his Majesty King Joseph didn't die an hour ago."

"We wish to pay our respects to his Majesty King Joseph. Our thoughts are with the Lonbonian people, who have lost a leader in the midst of war and destruction."

"We thank you for that, Articmainians. Will. Pay. When Trivali is going to be a King, Articmainians will wish they were not born.

"Let us not take our anger out on the citizens of Articmainia, but rather, the war criminals who have done this.

If the three of us can agree to the five points of Yellasia's proposed peace plan, we will send a declaration of peace to Articmainia showing them the terms. If they decline, they must unconditionally surrender after we deal with them."

"We wish to add one more point. Articmainia will be required to lower its military eligibility to 10%."

"And what if they decline to surrender and turn down it's eligibility?"

Lonbonia wrote:"And what if they decline to surrender and turn down it's eligibility?"

"I feel we should be able to allow some negotiation regarding the eligibility. But if they turn down the other points, we will need to launch a joint invasion for the sake of the World Alliance. However, Yellasia will not be able to contribute much in the early stages of the invasion."

"We're very sad to hear about King Joseph. We know King Eric will be upset to hear about it. Joseph's wife Clarisse is Eric's younger sister," Athena said, with real concern and sadness in her eyes.

Ishikawa turned to Avery and said, "We will provide plenty of logistical support. We're currently fighting off an invasion and most of our forces are already devoted to fighting the Articmainians."

"Thank you. If you except the conditions, we will send our resolution to Articmainia. We are also preparing to accept Farshonia and Teracotia's surrendering."

"We accept all the conditions. Please send them to Articmainia soon."

Prime Minister Avery hands the proposal to a high ranking soldier just outside.

"We hope to get results quickly."
