(Passed) Farshonia Military Intervention Act

As the Farshonian Government has failed to avert the spread and contamination of the Green Flu Virus within its borders, and as its concerned ally nation, citing the imminent global threat of the virus to the World Alliance, the Eurussian Government seeks the understanding of the United Republics of Farshonia that we are formally asking the Security Council to authorize a military intervention to Farshonia to prevent the Green Flu Virus from spreading outside the country citing Article 1 of the WA Constitution on the stability of the region.

FARSHONIA MILITARY INTERVENTION ACT

Section 1)
The United Republics of Farshonia shall be declared a World Alliance Territory under the supreme supervision of the Security Council through the direct leadership of the Presidency of the World Alliance in parallel to the sovereign powers of the Government of Farshonia but supreme over their authoritative powers citing global threat to the World Alliance.

Section 2)
The World Alliance Territory of Farshonia shall be temporarily partitioned into Six Zones in which the Presidency of the World Alliance shall nominate every nation to militarily control each zone subject to the approval of the Security Council in which the superior authority resides and all necessary preventive measures on the ground shall be left to intervening military forces.

Section 3)
The World Alliance Territory of Farshonia shall remain as its international status unless the Security Council revokes this Act with beyond reasonable doubt that the Green Flu Virus has been terminated completely and shall never be a threat to the World Alliance.

Eurussia votes in FAVOR of this proposal with respect to the Farshonian Government with aim of reducing the threat of the Green Flu Virus to the World Alliance. And if deemed passed, our government is prepared to send forces on Zone No. 3.

I, Kulon Bangsa, am in FAVOR of this proposal. and Eurussia, maybe we should split this into which zone is the closest. for example, i would get three you would get 6

The Presidency of the World Alliance may now nominate interested nations to administer one of the six zones of the World Alliance Territory of Farshonia subject to the approval of the Security Council.

With this, Eurussia, as the main proponent, expresses interest over Zone 3.

As my nation has increased military spending, I will zone 1

We people of Shirouma would be able to control one of the zones, that means, we're interested.

As we have one of the largest militaries in the region, we are willing to administer zone 2.

To the increase if military spending of our nation, the nation of Kynotsu will gladly accept the control of zone 6.

As a major military superpower we would gladly help in the best way we can. THROUGH SUPERIOR FIREARMS.

Unfortunately, Kulon bangsa, the Workers Directorate of the United Earth Conclave with the aid of Khalistani Soldiers have already taken procedures to take control of Zone 1 as it is zone 1 that is bordered with our own nation and the zone that is the closest to our own and as a nation we possess sufficient power to deal with 'Zone 1'.

1 zone per SC member that voted for the bill and rest to be taken on first come first serve basis.

Zone 1 - United Earth Conclave
Zone 2 - Kulon Bangsa/Articmainia
Zone 3 - Great Eurussia/Dromoda
Zone 4 - New-Zealand/Europe and Asia
Zone 5 - Shirouma/Ivania
Zone 6 - Kynotsu




I have put Zone 2,3,4 and 5 of Farshonia  under the control of 2 nations each as I feel that that would be more appropriate due to the size. I have placed Zone 6 and 1 under the control of individual nations as I believe the land mass of each is manageable by a single nation. I have tried my best to give everyone the portion they requested, but It simply was not possible, I have given it my best shot though. I would also like to reinforce that even if you are not listed in the nations above, You are still encouraged to offer aid to Farshonia to combat the Green Virus Crisis.

Eurussia votes AGAINST the nominations as it violates the "Farshonia Military Intervention" that requires only a single nation to control each zone so as to provide a spirit of authority on the infected regions. We suggest the nominations must be amended and other nations should be directed by the WA Presidency to provide logistical aid to controlling nations.

Ok, the ones stated first (UEC, Kulon Bangsa, Eurussia, New-Zealand, Shirouma and Kynotsu) are in charge of the section, and those stated second (Artic, Dromoda, E&A and Ivania) are also assigned to that section, but they do not have sole authority over that section. They are assistants of sorts.

With the amended nominations and assignments over the World Alliance Territory of Farshonia, Eurussia votes in FAVOR of the new nominations and assignments and reiterates that controlling nations have the authority on ground over their controlled zones while the Security Council through the WA Presidency can issue directives above the controlling forces with a single objective of fighting the Green Flu Virus.

Although not a member of the Security Council, the Huperzian government, in the spirit of international cooperation, is willing to contribute a naval vessel to the Farshonian blockade effort.  We would prefer to serve in the Eurussian or New-Zealand zones, but will go to whichever zone the Security Council directs us to, if our offer is accepted.

New-Zealand gladly accepts the offer for aid.
