RESEGI High Commission

For this first meeting of the Commission, New Tarajan wishes to propose to all the Members the participation to the Orbital Solar Array Project (O.S.A.P.).
As many of you surely knows, the projects has been launched by New Tarajan and Antanares these days: it provides for the construction of an orbital elevator to the Copernicus Space Station, which will be upgraded and expanded due to the new needs, and then for the construction of a huge solar array belt all around the Earth.
It is our opinion that the RESEGI is the best organization to provide a first step toward the implementation of this project, thanks to the combination of private and public actions that provides.
Soon, New Tarajan will propose the Project in front of the World Alliance Council and the Parliament, with the aim to create an international effort for its realization, thus sharing the benefits from this idea with every member of the International Community.
Thus, we will propose that the WASEDA will be responsible for the security of the Space Station and the array, while the WAAF and the WAPF (possibly, a SOWESO and SECURS contingent under the flag of these two organizations), for the safety of the Earth anchorage.

We must write the main detail of the project if we must submit to the Parliament a proposal. Where the first pylon do must be place?

Well, the construction of the anchorage has begun, as everybody knows.
We ask to the Member States which wish to participate to inform this Assembly.
Also, we shall discuss other issues:

1. The draft of a Statute or Energy Charter;
2. The beginning of the first projects of the Consortium;

It looks like the Commission interrupted its works.

We wish to resume them by re-proposing the previous agenda, which is to say the need for an Energy Charter which could aid promoting renewable and sustainable energy sources, and the first projects of the RESEGI.
About the latter, particularly, New Tarajan and Antanares wish to propose to the Commission to directly participate in the further development of the OSAP, inviting all Members to being involved and share with us its benefits.
We will determine in a better way the details of the eventual agreement.
