Technically by law Stirva was banjected permanently. All his past present and future nations are still covered by this banjection. Still, it's upto the COJ to decide whether or not to actually uphold the law.

Stirva's puppet Ceveztria is basically an "illegal immigrant" living in the WA. Any moment the COJ decides to uphold the law, Ceveztria is kicked out, no trial needed.

Look, I really like Ceveztria/Stirva. I think he's really changed since last Autumn when he caused loads of problems in the region. However, just because he is more likable and less belligerent than he was before does not mean he is magically exempt from a ruling made by COJ.

As much as it pains me to say it, because I really like Ceveztria, we need to uphold the law. If we just let the Founder defy the court's ruling and allow a banned nation to come back, I believe it will start us on a bad path that none of us want to go down. Certain members of our government are already corrupt and think they hold ultimate power over the region, and I think upholding this court case that is the first step to telling them that they can't do whatever they want. The court banned Stirva and all his puppets, so Ceveztria needs to go.
