After thorough of votes, it was found out that "New Zealand" & "Newasia" and "Browera" & "Galesatum" are controlled by a single individual respectively.
Therefore, they are hereby disqualified and all their votes are hereby nullified.
They are also banned in participating in the elections unless vindicated by Court.
The Eurussian Government, as responsible member of the international community and the sole authority of elections in the World Alliance, welcomes any legal challenge to this decision and we are willing to provide the evidences only in the Court of Justice.

The Court of Justice, having pursuit the truthfulness of the allegations raised involving the elections, it was found out that the Eurussian Government has formally rested its case citing convincing technical reasons that tantamounted to the insufficient substances of grounds against New Zealand, Newasia, Browera, and Galesatum in which they are alleged to be controlled by single individuals respectively.
Citing the case of "WA vs BROWERA/GALESATUM" and "WA vs NEW ZEALAND/NEWASIA," the Eurussian Government has been technically ordered by the Court to overturn its disqualification of the candidacies and the nullification of votes of New Zealand, Newasia, Browera, and Galesatum in which their rankings be recounted and reconsidered and the ban on their participation on future elections are hereby lifted.
In line of this decision, all existing members of the Security Council affected by these court findings are hereby declared vacant in favor of this modification. So ordered.

*** PRD (People's Republic of Dromoda) - An independent candidate and not a member of any political party which based on the first points calculation is entitled to 4 seats which can only be filled by Dromoda with 1 seat only since it is an independent candidate. Thus, in line with the new seat rules (below) and to avoid corruption and abuse of the previous system, the 3 seats that can never be filled by Dromoda is proportionally distributed to the top three parties accordingly. This system will from now on be applied to independent candidates who will obtain seats more than they could fill, unless a new and good suggestion can be submitted by anybody.
** New Seat Rules - On the previous election, if a party obtained seats more than its members, they were allowed to redistribute those seats to other parties. However, after observation, it defeats the purpose of electing parties based on their support base thus on this election, the number of seats obtained and allocated to a party will be permanent throughout the term, regardless whether the party fills those seats or not.
