(F&C Center, overlooking the Bay of Marquette, Eznurf)
Fitzgerald & Cooper is a credit rating agency based in Besançon, Marquette of Pacific. It is a privately owned corporation. Its main purpose is to rate nations and their companies based on how stable their government is, how well they have been in paying off debt in the past, and how well their economy is doing.
A CREDIT RATING IS NOT MANDATORY! But if a member of the World Development Bank wishes to take out a loan, credit ratings may or may not come into play. If you have any questions regarding F&C, please leave them below and I will try to answer them as best I can.
Below will be a list of nations and their credit ratings.

New Zealand Application
This is my Nation's information : http://www.nstracker.net/new-zealand&page=economics
Overview :
I would like to point out that my nation is currently the 2nd most developed nation in the World Alliance and boasts a stable and highly successful liberal socialist (Left Wing) economy. Though the economy has hit brief recessions multiple times in the past, I would like to emphasize on the fact that each and every time, the nation has bounced back and continued on its path to regional dominance. Our heavy education budget has ensured that our economy grows into a efficient and high tech one, whilst our welfare, law enforcement and administration budgets have cut down on loops holes and ensure all business' comply to the required standards of our nation. Thanks to our abundance of untouched minerals and resources, along with our trade surplus and bountiful cash and asset bases, we believe ourselves to be capable of paying of any and all debt incurred by the Social Democracy. Our nation has remained a beacon of democracy and stability, boasting one of the WA's lowest corruption rates alongside our very lenient civil rights and political freedoms. Though the nation has been involved in many wars (granting us a colloquial name of "International Police"), no wars have yet touched our soil. Lately, however, the Government is taking a more isolationist stand on wars, instead focussing on internal policies and social issues such as racism and sexism.

I am not in the World Development Bank but am interested:
My GDP per capita was at $35,000, now it's suddenly back down to $29,000 and it is saying it was never at $35,000 to begin with. :/

IMPORTANT MESSAGE FOR MARQUETTE
Please do remember that the only way to get a fair comparison between all nations is to use the Census page on the tracker for all statistics.
For example :
GPD/Capita :
http://www.nstracker.net/regionfigures=world_alliance&category=gdppc&order=desc&figurespage=1
All other stats (GDP, Unemployment etc.) can be found here (http://www.nstracker.net/region=world_alliance&page=economics) or by going into a specific nation and selecting the "census" tab. Here you can take a direct link to their placing on the WA ranking (With values displayed in fair NS$ Values).

Thank you New-Zealand and everyone who has posted their information. I will be looking at several criteria (mostly economic) and I will make sure to check out NSTracker for each nation. I should be getting back to you with your ratings by the end of the week.

Thank you, NZ's post made me (re)realize how important credit ratings are to making our global economy more realistic.

Indeed, that's why I'm saddened when this was forgotten. Anyways, count Eurussia in again!
Re: (F&C) Fitzgerald & Cooper Credit Rating Agency
I'd like to be included too. I'll post my tracker stats later, but count me in.

This is how I'd like you all to model your application. I like to have both the statistics, as well as a brief history of the nation's economy, government spending, government borrowing, etc.

Ireland is a highly developed nation but is still developing its image on the world stage. We have a Conservative(Right Wing) economy and boast a declining Trade Deficit of 100 Billion Euro. The Irish economy has been hit with many recessions in the past one resulting in the Irish Depression 2008-2010 nut it has been on the path to improving. The priorities of Ireland are Education and Defense with Defense with receiving the most.the Government of the Empire is mostly stable but civil disturbances have happened in the past.
Re: (F&C) Fitzgerald & Cooper Credit Rating Agency
The Socialist Commonwealth of Europe and Asia is one of the four "Titans" in the region, with a massive economy that dominates regional economic discourse. The Liberal Socialist (left wing) economy has grown in massive strides, suffering the rare recession. The economy is largely dominated by the government, which provides over 48% of jobs and owns several of the largest international corporations, such as the Military-Industrial Giant Euro-Tech. The Socialist Commonwealth has a large trade surplus, and currently the primary economic component of the Socialist Commonwealth is the Resource Companies such as the Sibir Energy Corporation, and the Military Industrial Complex, dominated by companies like Euro-Tech. Eurasia has been involved in many wars in the history if the world alliance, but recently has embarked on a more peaceable approach to world politics, strengthening relations with more monarchies, such as New Tarajan and Arveyres. The Eurasian Military and defense budget are the largest in the region, and Eurasian Judges are well known in the World Alliance, with Eurasia sitting firmly as Chief Justice of the Court of Justice.
