The Eurussian Government has received an alarming intelligence report from the Eurussian Intelligence Agency about an intercepted call from the Presidential Palace to a military camp congratulating a General about a successful operation aimed on diverting the attention of the world for this dictatorship to swiftly develop nuclear capabilities and even launch an underground nuclear test which is banned by international law.

The Eurussian Government has also confirmed that the above successful operation mentioned was in fact the crashing of a massive Russian Space Station to Antanares which killed millions of people.

In this regard, Eurussia believes the current leadership in Communist Russia is a danger to the world and its very own people. Hence, must be removed in power by force.

The Security Council shall lead the international efforts to oust the dictator of Communist Russia and oversee its transition to a democracy to become a responsible member of the international community.

The Security Council shall ensure that the Federation of Antanares is compensated in all aspects with the accountability charged to Russia and protect the world by disallowing Communist Russia to possess any form of nuclear technology and weapons.

The Security Council shall hereby authorize foreign military intervention to Communist Russia and enforce the aforementioned objectives allowing foreign forces to come in aid of the Security Council in bringing peace.

Eurussia votes in FAVOR of our own resolution. And citing the vote of 4 members in favor, 1 against, the majority has spoken. Hence, we certify the effectivity of this military intervention.
