(Passed) Regornia Military Intervention

It has been known throughout the world that the Republic of Texania enjoys the sovereignty and recognition of almost all countries of the world, most especially the Eurussian Empire, on its entirety, colonies, and territories. However, its colony and territorial possession, Regornia, in Mnemosyne, declared independence from Texania outside its constitutional processes and even threatens to fight back Texanian military by force. The secessionist rebels were also provoking its neighboring nations including Eurussia, Antanares, Aloia, and Atletius thus threatening regional peace in the continent and draws the world into a full blown war as other sympathazing nations tolerates the illegality of Regornia. 

Hence, the Eurussian Empire, as the major guardian of peace in the world, and in belief that the WA Government has the duty to ensure stability and peace in the world, do hereby seeks authorization for an international military intervention in Regornia, Republic of Texania.

Section 1) The World Alliance do hereby recognize that the Republic of Texania is a sovereign state enconpassing all its recognized territories, including Regornia, and thus shall enjoy full sovereignty on its nation.

Section 2) The World Alliance hereby authorizes a military intervention on the Texanian Territory of Regornia with the aim of retaking the territory from secessionist rebels through the leadership of the World Alliance Armed Forces with the aid from other concerned organizations.

Section 3) The World Alliance hereby authorizes a military protected humanitarian mission to the Texanian Territory of Regornia with the aim of assisting the lives of the innocent civilians during the military intervention through the leadership of the World Alliance Humanitarian Organization with the aid from other concerned nations.

Section 4) The World Alliance hereby affirms that the military intervention will only lose its effect after the Government of the Republic of Texania confirms of its effective control and retaking of the Texanian Territory of Regornia with certification from the WA Secretary General, the WAAF Secretary General, the WAHO Secretary General, and due notification to the WA Council.

Section 5) The World Allliance hereby affirms that any recognition and support to the Texanian Territory of Regornia shall be considered against the military intervention and illegal. And Regornia shall be considered a territory of Texania unless otherwise the latter relinquishes its sovereignty voluntarily.
