IMABISTAN MILITARY INTERVENTION

It has been known throughout the world that the Republic of Texania, with the help of the Eurussian Empire and the international community have won its battle in kicking out Regornian separatists and terrorists on its Regornian Territory on Mnemosyne Continent through a military intervention from the World Alliance Council too. And it is very fortunate, that with the help of the international community, the Regornian Territory of Texania has enjoyed peace and stability since the intervention of the WA Council.
However, it has been reported in the past few months that a few escaped elements of the Regornian separatists and terrorists have used the unstable Republic of Imabistan as a haven and take advantage of different crises around the world to recruit more supporters and even smuggled arms into the weakly governed country. And unfortunately, most recently, a news broke out from Imabistan that its constitutionally elected democratic government has been overthrown by the growing influence and supporters of the Regornian separatists and terrorists that is now threatening the peace and stability in the Olympian Continent.
As a matter of fact, as these developments unfolded, the Eurussian Navy has deployed three EUN Ticonderoga Class Guided Missile Destroyers near the area to patrol and perform surveillance missions for several months. And with the most recent happenings, we are prompted to deploy an EUN Nimitz Class Supercarrier to show our determination to safeguard peace in the Olympian Continent and to show the terrorists that Eurussia remains committed in leading the efforts in stopping their terrorism activities.
However, citing the failed state of Imabistan, as much as the Eurussian Empire wishes to intervene and unilaterally perform anti-terrorism operations in the country despite all our current sufferings back home, we do not have the legal means to do so, hence we are seeking the authorization of the WA Council on these matter.
Hence, the Eurussian Empire, in belief that the WA Government has the duty to ensure stability and peace in the world, do hereby seeks authorization for an international military intervention in Imabistan.
Section 1) The World Alliance do hereby recognize that with the forceful overthrown of the democratic government in Imabistan with the forceful coup of the Regornian terrorists in the country, the Republic of Imabistan is now a failed state with no credible government.
Section 2) The World Alliance hereby authorizes a military intervention on the Imabistan with the aim of retaking the territory from terrorists through the leadership of the World Alliance Armed Forces with the aid from other concerned organizations.
Section 3) The World Alliance hereby authorizes a military protected humanitarian mission to Imabistan with the aim of assisting the lives of the innocent civilians during the military intervention through the leadership of the World Alliance Humanitarian Organization with the aid from other concerned nations.
Section 4) The World Alliance hereby affirms that the military intervention will only lose its effect after the WA Secretary General, the WAAF Secretary General, the WAHO Secretary General has certified that the country has been freed from terrorism, and such, the WA Council must initiate a civilian administration to form a new constitutionally elected democratic government over the new Republic of Imabistan.
Section 5) The World Allliance hereby affirms that any recognition and support to the Regornian terrorists in Imabistan and any unlawful acquisition of any sovereign territories of Imabistan shall be considered against the military intervention, an international crime, and violation of the principles of the WA Constitution.
