(Dismissed) Court of Justice Nomination #1
As president of the SC, I nominate Huperzia to take up the vacant position on the COJ. He has proven himself to be level headed and extremely mature, traits that I believe the COJ needs.

The United Kingdom of Greater Marquette votes AGAINST the honorable President of the Security Council's nomination. We feel that Huperzia is far too inactive and the role must be chosen for a more active nation. Not to mention, with the nomination of Huperzia to the Security Council the capitalist/conservative nations of World Alliance would feel marginalized, as the Republic of Schorr, a capitalist nation, was previously representing this minority.

The COJ has nothing to do with whether you are capitalist or not.Marquette (of Pacific) wrote:The United Kingdom of Greater Marquette votes AGAINST the honorable President of the Security Council's nomination. It is not simply about following the constitution but both sides must be represented! If only Socialists are in the COJ then they could interpret the constitution their own way, and the same can be said for if only Capitalists were in the COJ.

The COJ is purely OCC, your RP economic policies don't even count.Marquette (of Pacific) wrote:It is not simply about following the constitution but both sides must be represented! Still, we need a capitalist or a conservative to fill the vacancy. I propose that Antanares take the spot, if he is not willing, then the Catham Islands should take the vacancy. Even if it is OOC nations [people] still have their own political views. Liberals and Conservatives both have their own ideas of justice so we should have both views represented in the COJ.New-Zealand wrote:The COJ is purely OCC, your RP economic policies don't even count.Marquette (of Pacific) wrote:It is not simply about following the constitution but both sides must be represented! The Court of Justice may be in RP or OOC.

Eurussian Vote
Eurussia is against the nomination of Huperzia to the Court of Justice as despite we are not personally against Huperzia, we are inclined to support those more visible nations and not the inactive ones. Thank you.
