Section 1
This Act declares that the Moon, the natural satellite of the Earth, shall be the property of all nations of the world, entrusted to the WA Government, to prevent it to become a source of any international conflict. And shall ensure that the Moon is not being utilized for any military purposes, it's environment prevented from being altered, it's open for research purposes for all nation states, it's sovereignty is not claimed by any single state, and shall never utilized for any purpose without any explicit benefit to all states and all peoples of the world.
Section 2
For the effective implementation of the provisions of this international law, the WA Moon Commission shall be established as the sole international organization of the WA Government authorized to implement the provisions of this Act, which shall be de facto headed by the Secretary General from Eurussia, based in the City of Saint Petersburg, Eurussia, for the time being, at the headquarters of the WA Space Defense Agency.
Section 3
At the effectivity of this international law, all existing facilities on the Moon, shall remain as properties of the sovereign state/s operating the said facilities and must be duly registered to the WA Moon Commission to maintain their ownership, otherwise, such facilities are deemed property of all nations of the world entrusted to the WA Government through the WA Moon Commission, as prescribed in Section 1 and 2 of this Act.
Section 4
At the effectivity of this international law, all activities involving the Moon, sanctioned by any political entity or international organization, shall have the consent and approval of the WA Moon Commission, which shall review if such activities are in accordance with all the provisions of this international law and benefits all mankind.
Section 5
If any provision of this international law shall be declared invalid by the Court of Justice, such shall not affect other provisions of this Act. And if any dispute arises from any provisions of this Act shall be resolved peacefully through the World Alliance Court of Justice.
