South Macwick charges Great Eurussia with exceeding the powers of the Acting President.

Great Eurussia has locked the thread “Appointment Request” where South Macwick requests to become a member of the Security Council in the belief that the Acting President has the sole right to appoint members of the Security Council. The Security Council has that right - “Furthermore, we, the member states of the Tenth WA Security Council, aware that we now possess the de facto executive, legislative, and judicial powers of the WA Government, do hereby vow and commit ourselves that such powers will be exercised by the Council, as a whole and collectively,”
The Acting President has the responsibility only to “to appoint new member states to the Council, provided that the appointees are not puppets and must be registered on the WA Map, which can also be expelled by the Security Council, at will.”
This is the responsibility to appoint valid members and it is the Security Council collectively who can ban someone from being a member not the Acting President.

Great Eurussia has stated South Macwick should no longer post in his proposal for an Accountability Act, but has failed to provide legislative evidence that debating a proposal is not allowed once voting has started.

Great Eurussia has locked the toptic “Legislation Act” claiming that only members of the Security Council can propose laws. Again he has failed to quote any law for his action.

South Macwick calls on the Security Council to clarify that Great Eurussia has exceeded his powers as Acting President and instruct him to unlock those threads he has illegally locked and to crease trying to impose his own interpretation of the laws of the World Alliance on members. South Macwick would also like the Security Council to consider what punishment Great Eurussia should undergo for his actions.

Thank you. As I have told you and everyone else in our WA, the Acting President can appoint member states of the Security Council. This is because we wish to have active nations around not just in OOC but as well in RP. And not being active as a PUPPET STATE.

Yes. As the Acting President, the Security Council is not banning you from being a member state of the Security Council. But, I am not appointing you either to the SC. So just dream of becoming an SC member. I guess your problems are solved.

Indeed. Thank you for clarifying that only SC members have the legislative powers. And on that note, you should have asked an SC member to support your proposals. The SC is only open for topics or discussion being initiated by non-members. Because if we allow everyone to propose every single law they want, that will clutter our Forums. Not to mention the fact, that of course, being an SC member, you should feel the privilege of being one.

Is this the activity of an ACTIVE NATION and not a PUPPET STATE that I would wish to appoint into the powerful Security Council? Sorry but the Founder can't be fooled.

You are just one of the rogue puppets trying to destabilize the World Alliance. If you can't move on, we pity you. But the World Alliance will continue to survive whatever you do.
