WORLD ALLIANCE SECURITY COUNCIL

The Security Council is the executive & legislative arm of the WA Government.
It's powers, functions & responsibilities are governed by the WA Constitution.

The seat of the Security Council is at the Peace Palace in Moscow, Eurussia.

Zakiristan has resigned from the Security Council leaving one vacany which shall be available for a nomination from the Presidency.

The most I can do for you is try to organize another constitutional convention but that requires more than one nation to demand it...
