I have received a NOTICE from Eurussia and I'm sure he have it too because it was also in RMB. May be we should ask Eurussia if he sent a TG notice to Zanland too. Because there is no reason he won't be able to read the TG about it and see all this.

OTHERWISE, the said verdict will automatically be brought to the voting floor of the Security Council, for enforcement.
