(Passed) Holy Patrician States Nomination

I, the president of the SC, wish to nominate The Holy Patrician States to take up Zakiristans place on the SC. I believe he is best suited for the position due to his impeccable work on the World Alliance Standardization Organization.  I am amazed that he has not been in the SC yet considering how capable he is. This is why I would like to take this opportunity to nominate the Holy Patrician States to take up Zakiristans position on the SC.

I do not have anything against HPS, but I do believe the nominee should have come from the pool of Candidates, due to them actually giving the time to run for office. For this reason I vote NO, to the replacement of Zakiristan by HPS.
