For President, the nation among the candidates that will obtain the highest number of votes is the official winner and will be sworn in as the Presidency of the Security Council. For the seat of Membership, the top twelve (12) nations among the candidates that will obtain the highest number of votes are the official winners and will be sworn in as Member States of the Security Council.
