Petition for Election Results Empty Petition for Election Results

Due to the inactivity of the Presidency, we petition Great Eurussia to release the election results as the Presidency has failed to do so in a timely manner.

Well as I said I haven't received all the votes so how can I fairly and accurately count the votes?
