OFFICIAL: Filing of Candidacy Empty NOTICE

Nominations are now closed. The only nation whom did not qualify for the election is Independent Carolina. This is a result of not fulfilling the Election Requirements. Independent Carolina must have reached a minimum of 13 posts in order to qualify and only had 7 at the time of the nominations being closed.
