Choose a max of thirteen (13) candidates for Membership.

#2 - Send you ballot to SHOCKWAVE (Moderator) via Forum Messaging.

#3 - Post on this thread that you have voted already.
#4 - Post on this thread to whom you sent your ballot.
#5 - Post on this thread how many nation you voted for President.
#6 - Post on this thread how many nation you voted for Membership.

#7 - Items 1 to 6, if incomplete, will render your votes null and void.

For the seat of Membership, the top thirteen (13) nations among the candidates that will obtain the highest number of votes are the official winners and will be sworn in as Member States of the Security Council.
