Good point. Its due to his insctivity. And when he dies get ousted, right now only avyres and I are in line to get the spot

Immediately following this poll, should it be successful, the region shall vote on the Justice to replace Chivalry, should he be removed.

I don' understand why I should be removed from the court of justice, I am active, I just remain quiet until a problem arises and the I talk with the other to about the situation that we have to deal with. I am a neutral member with in the World Alliance, I listen to both sides of the problem and then send my thoughts on what to do. So I am requesting you to stop these proceedings and lets get back to more important work, instead of trying to kick out a person that refuses to actual take sides and willing to hear both sides of the story. I enjoy being a member of the World Alliance government and I want to continue.

Another that I noticed is that people that would want to take my place, I would be betting that they would side with their allies. I am sorry but I have to say that, stating that if i get ousted they they are next in line to be in the position, I have done my job, just because i am not on every single day here, i do have a job, school and a family and I enjoy being on here. so with that, I believe that if i am ousted that there is no reason to be on here as much as i am, I am not quitting the Alliance but I have never been anything but good to the people that have brought problems to the court, and this is how you get treated when you want to help people.

The floor is now open for votes until the 22nd of April.

NOTE: A simple majority over the total number of voting nations can put effect on the dismissal provided that there are at least 10 minimum participating/voting nations.

As the voting finally ends up, and with 7 in favor, 1 against, 1 abstain, and citing that under the WA Constitution, there must be a minimum of 10 participating countries during the dismissal vote and with only 9 participated at this period, the Secretary General hereby certifies that the Dismissal Referendum against Chivalry has FAILED. Thank you.

Thus, Chivalry will remain a member state of the WA Court of Justice.
