With a surprising move, the Imperial Council today released a new note about the new crisis born around Irish claims on the Eurussian Duchy of Orenburg.
"Yesterday, the Kingdom of New Tarajan officially warned the Empire of Great Eurussia not to move its own troops to Orenburg" said Deputy PM Van Hagen: "What has been not sufficiently clear, is the nature of our stance."
"As co-founder member of the most powerful coalition of the world, the Shraman Pact, New Tarajan cannot avoid to raise its own opposition against any kind of imperialism, by any country. Our warning to Eurussia will stand, and this is clear: we'll not tolerate actions against peace and stability in our continent. But, this must be clear too, we'll not tolerate such a kind of actions by both sides."
A clarification which shows the real intentions of New Tarajan, and the other Powers of the Shraman Pact, like Eurasia, which recently get involved in the Second Orenburg Crisis (as many analysts are starting to call it); an intervention which has been labelled by some as "unilateral" and "pro-imperialist."
But, now, the words of Deputy Prime Minister are clarifying what the truth is: "Our hope is to see Ireland and Eurussia resolving their disputes peacefully, around a table, through diplomacy and in the respect of International Law." he said: "If our words appeared too unilateral to the world, we shall apologize for this. But now, nobody could really avoid to see our complete impartiality."
Van Hagen concluded the note by affirming that "surely, this is also the intention of our good friend and ally, the government of Eurasia, which made similar statements. I believe only a fool could define the Eurasian policy as pro-imperialist: throughout its history, Eurasia always demonstrate the strongest commitment toward peace."
Although apparently unexpected, the majority of international analysts agrees that this last move by Astana is simply a natural consequence of the stance already taken by New Tarajan when issuing the warning to Moscow.
The Landsraad, which met today early in the morning to decide about this issue, agreed with the Imperial Council that a new warning, and an invitation to diplomacy, was necessary, in order to demonstrate the true commitment of New Tarajan, a country which always made of the respect of International Law and the principles of peace, order and stability, through the fight against imperialism, pillars of its own foreign policy.
A government official also said that the Tarajani government "could eventually reconsider the withdrawal of the sanctions already implemented against Eurussia, if Moscow will demonstrate its good-will and the willingness to avoid an aggressive stance, accepting the will of the International Community."

The Sekigahara and Western Tokugawa have braced for a "polar vortex," a megastorm that is expected to bring record low temperatures on Monday. So far extreme weather conditions have claimed at least 16 lives, paralyzed travel and caused power shortage.For those exposed to the inclement conditions frostbite and hypothermia will be a danger as – 31°C is expected in Aki , Eurrussian Duchy and Sekigahara - 35 °C in Tottori, and - 26 degrees below Celsius in Nagashino , Kanzawa , Iwate and Gifu. Adding the wind chill factor, the temperature could feel as low as – 56 °C.
The freezing air began to spread Sunday reaching areas as far south as the Gulf Coast.
“It may feel as cold as negative 50 to negative 60 on Sunday night over sections of the South and Western Prefectures ,” Motohiro Yokohama, from the National Weather Service said to THK News.
“In those conditions, frost bite sets in on exposed skin within five minutes…a person not properly dressed could die easily in those conditions," Hashirama added.
Such harsh and freezing temperatures have not been witnesses in the region for 20 years.
Meteorologists blame the weather conditions on a "polar vortex," a dense pool of counterclockwise-rotating air.
"It's just a large area of very cold air that comes up, forms over the Arctic or polar regions ... usually stays in the southern hemisphere , but this time it's going to come all the way into the Southern Tokugawa ," said National Weather Service meteorologist Akiyama Hashirama
“Anybody living out on the streets needs to be rounded up and put into a shelter,” said Hashirama to THK News. “The repercussions for not could be deadly, and I'm afraid we're going to see cases like that,” the official added.
A total of 1,266 flights were canceled across the Imperial Tokugawa and 6,036 flights delayed on Saturday, with Sekigahara International Airport and Fujinomiya International Airportamong the most affected, according to tracking firm.

All schools were closed Friday. Many government offices also shut down. Public schools are to remain closed on Monday in a number of cities, and the entire Region of Sekigahara. In Aki, Tottori schools will be shut until Wednesday.
A winter storm warning has been issued for the North Eastern area on Saturday as the automotive city braces to receive up to 28 cm of snow.

The Terralow, a terrorist organisation responsible for the train station bombings earlier this year, have captured a majority of the Low Desert. The newly independent Low Republic was previously predicted to be successful. It's strong economy and improved human rights records made it a contender for a stable and peaceful great power, much like the unified Greater Yellasia.
Unfortunately, the Low military was not prepared to deal with threats of terrorism. The Terralow has taken control over entire cities, blocked entry into Yellasia, and effectively put a halt to oil excavation.
The Low Republic is seeking military assistance from Yellasia in retaking the region.

Yet another group- the Erovians- have declared independence from Yellasia in the wake of anti-colonial sentiments and Yellasia's willingness to allow independence. This case, however, is far more complicated.
This week, unarmed protesters in designated 'Erovian Autonomous Areas' declared independence from Yellasia, and have extended beyond their traditional 'borders'.
The Erovians are a diverse people spread across the world, coming from a common homeland. This homeland is unknown, but archaeological evidence shows that this homeland may indeed be in western Yellasia, even if Yellasians were the first to arrive at Carl's Landing. Erovians have had a small presence in Yellasia for most of history, and today form one of the largest 'immigrant groups' in Yellasia. 'Immigrant group' may be an inappropriate classification, since they are now thought to be indigenous and have had a different impact on Yellasia from other groups.
Now ecological and political issues are driving them to Yellasia, aided by Yellasia's acceptance of immigrants. Yellasia will, however, now need to take a different approach in dealing with the Erovians.

In the midst of the occupation movements and the struggle to transition to a post-unification era, former-Greater Yellasia has been plagued by recession. The Low Republic has been hit especially hard.

An air convoy consisting of the entirety of the Regornian airforce has arrived in Low Country, and only lost 17 of its 39 transport planes, 41 of its 87 fighter planes and 1 of its 6 bombers on the journey while being tailed by a small force of about 8-9 Articmainian Planes, which it successfully eliminated all of them. 10 BT-7 , 15 T-64, 6 T-72, and 50 T-27 Tanks made it to Terralow, as well as 2250 Ground Troops, 45,000 AK-74's and a sizeable amount of ammo. All aircraft will be loaned to Terralow.
The aircrews, which total 337 airmen, will be training Terralow pilots how to operate the 46 MiG-21 Fighters, 5 H-6 Bombers, and 22 IL-76 Loaned to Terralow.

After the permission of the WA-Council, the WAAF (World Alliance Armed Forces) has undergone initiated an operation for the liberation release of Imabistan, headed by Antanares, which they immediately responded and provided support New Tarajan, Ireland and Eurussia. According to analysts, it is a highly asymmetric conflict, and in fact the military potential of the WAAF,of the European Forces and of the Allied Nations is much higher than that of the enemy forces. For the moment it is just air and naval attacks, but the logistics operations are, however, difficult, especially because of the distance of Ceveztria from national territories.
Fortunately Eurussia,Antanares and New Tarajan, a historic allies of Europe, has given military airports to use as a logistics terminals and mission control centers for air operations, as well as large ports for logistic operations necessary for the maintenance of the fleet. Even the military bases of the WAAF in the area will facilitate much the logistics operations. Thanks to these important logistics hubs, operations will be easier, but they are equally complex.

For command and control will be present, according to official sources, an "E-3 Sentry AWACS", which will ensure coordination and control directly in the field. Finally, for the logistics, there will be a large number of "C-130 Super Hercules" and "C-17 Globemaster III", and, for the medium-range transport, some "C27J Spartan".

"Many media said this some days ago, and now we can repeat it: Eurussia is really bottoming out."
These are the words used by King Friederick Wilhelm while addressing the Landsraad in a special meeting held this afternoon in Palace Van Geldern. A meeting requested personally by the Lord President of the assembly, Prince Maximilian Van Sondenburg, in order to answer to the requests of Eurussia to involve WAAF, WAHO and WADSJ in the alleged evacuation of Eurussian citizens from New Tarajan, Eurasia and New-Zealand, after their decision to break out ties with Moscow, and extensively covered by Tarajani media: in few words, the King did not speak solely to the Landsraad, but to entire Kingdom. A response which was necessary, in order to address a population which is continuously seeing itself attacked and insulted in its own pride.
As Head of State of the Kingdom, King Friederick took the word in order to state the official position of New Tarajan in front of the last statements from Eurussia:
"What we are seeing right now is a grave, serious insult against New Tarajan and its allies. Because Eurussia is implicitly saying that we do not protect foreign citizens without an official treaty sanctioning this kind of protection. Maybe Eurussia does not know what does it mean to be a civilized country, and to respect customary International Law, but we know. New Tarajan is reknown as one of the safest places in the world, and we are proud of this. No citizen, no matter his or her nationality, will never fear for his or her safety when on Tarajani soil."
After a long applause, His Majesty continued: "The unilateral request of a single country to the WAAF, WAHO and WADSJ without the consent of the Parliament or the Council is by itself a violation of law. Moreover, such a request, without any legal ground, is also a serious attempt to violate the national sovereign rights, as established by the World Alliance Constitution, of our countries. And this is not acceptable."
King Friederick stated also that: "Despite the arrogance and total lack of responsibility showed by Eurussia, their continuous insults and offenses against us, Eurasia, New-Zealand and even the Court of Justice, not a single Eurussian citizens has been harmed, although our citizens are deeply against Moscow. This is the best demonstration of the maturity of a population, something that probably Moscow doesn't know."
Then, it comes the request "of immediate apologies by Eurussia to New Tarajan, Eurasia and New-Zealand for such a blatant attack to our sovereignty and our own reputation. This is not acceptable. And any further attack, will be countered accordingly."
After another series of applauses, King Friederick also spoke about the Judlyn and Orenburg crises: "Differently from what the Eurussian propaganda wishes to show, with its false irony and sarcasm, New Tarajan, like all the other Powers of the Shraman Pact, are showing their deep commitment against any form of imperialism. Honestly, we could have been tempted to warn only Eurussia. But we didn't: and also Ireland has been warned not to harm peace and stability in our continent through the use of force. Moreover, the first reaction of all the members of WAAF, WAHO and WADSJ are already demonstrating the false ground of Eurussian statements, which were completely blasted, particularly by the Federation of Antanares, in its role as Deputy Secretary General of the WAAF.
King Friederick took the occasion to "praise the decision of Nathan Deal, President of Ireland, who I had the honour to personally meet few days ago, to fly to Moscow in order to search for a diplomatic compromise, despite all the insults provided by Eurussia to his country." adding that New Tarajan will continue to operate in favour of a diplomatic solution about Orenburg.
The King also clarified the actions New Tarajan will take in possible future scenarios: "If Eurussia will decide to ignore our warnings, and to move troops to Orenburg, the responsibility for what will happen will fall entirely on them" he said "and if they'll not apology for their insults....worst of all, if they will continue to attack our sovereignty and our reputation with such blatant attempts, we will react. Not like them, of course, because we are a civilized country: but we will react."
With a small corollary: "If Eurussia, in all its barbaric state of mind, will issue an order to its citizens to leave the Kingdom, we'll, of course, not stop them. But if a single Eurussian soldier will violate our borders, we will open fire."

And the King also took the occasion to condemn "with the maximum strength, the barbaric actions of the Regornian terrorists, who killed harmless prisoners of war."

In the coming year he would serve as Minister of Economics. And in 2008 he ran for President. He lost though. The list goes on for a while. But know that we are here to celebrate his life not mourn his death."

EURASIA REJECTS EURUSSIAN CLAIMS
Following claims by Eurussia that members of the Shraman Pact were supposedly supporting imperialism in the Second Orenburg Crisis, the Foreign Ministry was quick to reject the claims, saying "These Eurussian statements are utterly ludicrous. We have made it clear that our only goal is to prevent imperialism. We have warned Eurussia not to use military force, as we have warned Ireland not to do the same. This is yet another attempt by Eurussia to defame the reputations of the nations it disagrees with." These new claims by Eurussia are expected to continue as Moscow searches for any possible way to defame its former allies, many of whom have strongly condemned the hegemonic empire. Premier Fortier spoke at length about the subject before a joint session of the Assembly and Senate, and said this: "We are greatly saddened to see Eurussia resort to such childish actions. What was once a great nation has devolved to petty tricks and lies in order to achieve its goals. These claims that Eurasia is supporting imperialism are completely false. We have only warned Eurussia to not move military forces to Orenburg in an attempt to threaten Ireland, as we have warned Ireland not to use its military to attack Eurussia. These claims are utterly ridiculous. It would seem to all who are observing that this is the international equivalent of flinging mud at your opponent: Eurussia is using any and every possible opportunity to attempt to defame the members of the Shraman Pact. EURASIA GREATLY OFFENDED BY EURUSSIAN LIES
Recently, the Eurussian Ministry of Foreign Affairs approached several international organizations and begged them to intervene in Eurasia, New Tarajan, and New-Zealand to escort their citizens out. These claims were swiftly refuted by the Eurasian representatives to these organizations, who decried the actions as "unnecessary" and having the sole purpose of "humiliating anyone [or anything] that stands against Eurussia". The WAAF, the first organization approached by Eurussia, refused to act, stating that it existed to " serve the World Alliance, not the interest of a part of it." These decisions by the WAAF leadership show yet again that Eurussia is only acting out of interest for one thing: Eurussia. These feelings were summed up by Premier Fortier in his speech to the joint session of the Assembly and Senate, who said: "It is known by all present that these actions by Eurussia sought only to humiliate and attack the Shraman Pact nations, who want nothing more than freedom from imperialism for everyone. Eurussia claimed that Eurasia, New Tarajan, and New-Zealand were unable to protect Eurussian citizens resident therein, and called for the intervention of the WAAF, the WADSJ, and the WAHO into sovereign nations with stable internal atmospheres simply because they wanted to make a point. NZ Shocked By Eurussian Rhetorics
Following the claims of the Eurussian government having to "extract" it's citizens from the Social Democracy, using force if needed, the Prime Minister called for an emergency press meeting following a brief discussion with the Small Council.
"I have called you all here today to address an issue of great urgence. It seems that we have been subjected to yet some more Eurussian rhetoric over the treatment and handling of that said nations citizens within our borders, alongside the subtle threat of using force if needed. I would first of all like to stress that the Eurussian citizens within our borders are quite capable of leaving the nation if they wish, as of now the border between NZ and Eurussia has not been closed, at least on the NZ side. We are in no way preventing the people from leaving our nation, and from what I know quite a few have already left. What this is, is an obvious attempt of the Eurussian government to slander our nations in an effort to divert attention away from their own two faced nature. Obviously anyone with a decent set of facts will realise that we have absolutely no interest in holding people against their will, we do not have any intention to breach human rights or the freedom of any law abiding civilian. If anyone here is holding people against their will, it's the Eurussian government and their land hungry actions in regards to a substantial number of their duchies. However, back to the main point, Eurussia's somewhat subtle threat of using force under the flag of a international operation, which we all know is just a pathetic attempt to hide their true intentions. Regardless, the bottom line is clear, we are not scared and we will not respond with a knee jerk reactions to some petty threats. Anyone who has even the slightest understanding of Maths will realise that the Shraman Pact is packing a serious punch, and not a group to be taken lightly. Nevertheless, I'm not going to enter into some immature war of words, nor am I going to be baited by the childish antics of the Eurussian government. We as a nation continue, business as usual, until further notice should things go south.
Lastly, It has come to my attention, and many of yours, that the economy took a slight hit this month. Naturally this is a result of breaking of special agreements with Eurussia, but considering their market wasn't that big a one for us, little gained little lost. The economy is back in the positives now and we look forward to increased trade and relations with fellow members of the Shraman Pact."

EU GREETS PRESIDENT OF SHYRA
Despite efforts to damage Eurussia's reputation by certain nations using the country as a cover ploy to hide their real imperialistic motives, Moscow remains in a business as usual mood as it received the visiting President of the Confederation de Shyra, Madame Ines Nakajima, and her huge government and business delegation in the capital city for her two day State Visit. She was greeted with full military honours by outgoing Foreign Minister Condoleeza Rice who also accompanied the president to Imperial Kremlin Palace where Their Imperial Majesties, Emperor Akihito and Empress Michiko, formally welcomed the Shyran President to the Eurussian Empire. A private dinner was also held joined by the Imperial Family.
On the next day, President Nakajima paid a courtesy call with the WA Secretary General at the Palace of Nations and also visited the headquarters of the WAAF, the WAHO, the WA Department of Security & Justice, the WA Space Defense Agency, the WA Moon Commission to meet as well their respective Secretaries General. Later on, the President of Shyra formally held bilateral talks with the outgoing Chancellor Hillary Clinton at the White House and a bilateral meeting with the entire Eurussian Cabinet. This was followed by the ceremonial signing of a Treaty of Friendship between the two countries forging their formal diplomatic, economic, and military relations. A series of bilateral agreements were also signed aimed on boosting their economic relations and trade opportunities. In the evening, a sumptuous State Banquet at the imperial palace was hosted by Emperor Akihito in honour of President Ines Nakajima joined by government ministers, business leaders and other notable figures. The banquet was the last event of the successful state visit of the President of Shyra before her flight back to her country.

King Friederick Wilhelm has today arrived in Aquatica, capital city of the former Eurussian Duchy of Ausavia, for the first visit of a former Head of State in the country, recently liberated by Eurasian, Tarajani and Irish forces under the WAAF flag after a verdict of the Court of Justice which expelled Eurussia from the illegally-acquired lands. With him, the young Prince Sigismund too.
Landing at the airport, the King has been welcomed by the military authorities, representing the three military contingents deployed there, and particularly by Duke Conrad Amasya, Grand Admiral of the Tarajani Navy, and Chief of the Operations for the OMNI Enforcer in loco.
But, more importantly, His Majesty has been welcome by the most warm manifestations of joy of the Ausavian population, with slogans and sings celebrating him as one of their liberators.
The King even met many Ausavians with their children, playing with them, before proceeding for a general visit of the city and of the military outposts and commands in the area.
Then, he delivered a speech to the WAAF high officers and the Ausavian civilian authorities:
"For me, it's a pleasure and an honour to be here, today, to see what are the concrete effects of our action in the world" he said "Here, I see how the Ceveztrian and Ausavian population are enjoying the presence of our brave soldiers, how they are helping them, and how this entire operation is one of the most wonderful humanitarian missions in history, despite all the mud Moscow tried, unsuccessfully to bring on it."

OOC CORRECTION: Eurussia was never ousted from its own territories, particularly Ausavia/Ceveztria. So instead of insisting on an illegaly forged, I request not to show too much ignorance for a fact that Ausavia/Ceveztria is not existing on the WA Map anymore. We advice nations not to try too hard and look so desperate just to shame and get back on Eurussia even going the wrong RP way.

King Willem-Alexander arrived in Aquatica, the former capital city of the illegal Duchy of Ausavia.This is his first state visit to a foreign country since ascending to the throne.He met with Irish,New Tarajan, and Euruasian forces who under the WAAF flag ousted Eurussia from Ceveztria/Ausavia. OOC CORRECTION: Eurussia was never ousted from its own territories, particularly Ausavia/Ceveztria. So instead of insisting on an illegaly forged, I request not to show too much ignorance for a fact that Ausavia/Ceveztria is not existing on the WA Map anymore. We advice nations not to try too hard and look so desperate just to shame and get back on Eurussia even going the wrong RP way.
This is plain GODMODDING and better be deleted. As it is twisting the real facts of the RP of the real nation owning the said territories which is no less than Eurussia who granted independence to Ausavia/Ceveztria.

EURASIA BEGINS TROOP WITHDRAWAL

Before the Court verdict that liberated Ceveztria and Ausavia from it's Eurussian oppressors was imposed, there were several thousand Eurasian troops still present in Ceveztria and Ausavia that helped liberate the country from its previous dictatorship. These troops, after the Court verdict, worked as part of the WAAF to remove Eurussian forces from the country. These troops had helped to rebuild the destroyed cityscape, as well as provide medical assistance to the Ceveztrian and Ausavian peoples. Finally, however, Premier Fortier has ordered that these troops be brought home to Eurasia. "They are no longer needed in maintaining the stability of the region," the Premier said, "Despite the Eurussian lies about the country being in a civil war, the populace is peaceful and happy with their new found status as an independent nation. A Eurasian military presence is no longer necessary." The troops have begun to vacate their barracks and turn them over to the Ceveztrian Defense Force, and are expected to have fully left the country by the end of the week. The Eurasian Naval presence is expected to stay for several more days however, to oversee the withdrawal.

"Eurussia seems surprised that we are anti imperialism, yet we came to the defense of KennyLand. As it seems difficult for our colleagues in Moscow to comprehend, our military presence in KennyLand is only to protect the KennyLandic people, who's military is far smaller than Dromoda's. If protecting innocent states from imperialism is wrong, then we are guilty. Furthermore, Eurussia would act as if invading innocent countries is fine, so long as one isn't a "flip flopper," the term Moscow is so fond of childishly using." The Foreign Ministry went on to demand from Eurussia an example of actual hypocrisy that isn't bent in Eurussia's favor.
