The United States of Scouting Promotes Environmental Regulations on Industries and the General Public

Following the Red Mud Spill Incident in Apepistan, The United States of Scouting has made many recommendations regarding new regulations for both countries. Full regulations are expected to be released soon, but here are the outlines:

• All Nations in the region are asked to join the Environmental Protection Alliance (Once Officially Created)
  
• Proper Training for all Industries with potentially catastrophic environmental effects.
  
• Emissions regulations.
  
• Ground/Water Pollution ban.
  
• Setup of Proper Hazardous Materials disposal locations.
  
• Government Run Waste Management (regular)
  
• Setup of Nations Paper, Plastics, Glass recycling.
  
• Potential for more.
  

Currently both Governments, Apepistan and United States of Scouting are running TV advertisements to gather support for the upcoming regulations with pictures similar to this:

* General President Viktor Viktory orders military takeover of imperialistic bases of Great Eurussia. Cancels treaties *

General President cancelled all treaties with Great Eurussua because of supporting a convicted criminal. He ordered the arrests of all rebels that supportes the asylum Illegal president. And because Eurussia increases troops on its imperialistic bases, General President Viktory ordered the military to retake all imperialistic bases in the country by force.

Yet Another Firefight on the Slidell Colonial border with DPRK.

As the War continues along the border between the Shadaloo coalition and the rouge DPRK military continue another border battle rages on earlier today between the Coalition defense and some 450 DPRK soldiers. The Firefight lasted 3 hours until the DPRK forces retreated back to there destroyed and bombed out bases. The Shadaloo Coalition had only 35 injured and 3 reported dead. DPRK losses our unknown but high Emperor John Wallace is now in favor of an invasion. He is in favor of an invasion because the DPRK leadership is crumbling and is out of control and its forces our now doing suicide missions that will never succeed. He will now await the rest of Shadaloo to come in favor of invasion of DPRK.

New Rhodinian Government Maintains Regional Silence and Neutrality!

Junius Maximus III has announced that New Rhodinia will aim to remain neutral in any and all current and future conflicts to avoid national disruption. The Senate as well has voted to keep New Rhodinia away from overseas conflicts but still remain active in regional meetings and events. In the event that fellow Roman Alliance members are involved in war, New Rhodinia will not assist unless a clear and just casus belli is given.

Top-ranking General's Proposal Defeated!

General Marcellus Suedius Primus' proposal to exploit the riches of Arcestium has been defeated in the Senate. A 6-3 slight majority ruled against the use of Arcestium while the Emperor ruled against it. Opponents cited the inhumane nature of Arcestium when used in militant situations while supporters cited the boost in military presence and national security. Junius Maximus III also stated the inhumanity of the element as well as the risk of international abuse of it. General Primus is said to have taken the news quite well and is continuing his ventures on the Arcesticas peninsula.

After hearing the news about the anti-communist volunteer army from Uzukima, lots of refugees in the temporary refugee camps in Apepistan have also held a demonstration, and volunteered to fight against the North Korreaan regime.
A couple of hours later, thousands of citizens from Apepistan and the United Kingdoms demonstrated against the government giving weaponry and arms to foreigners. Their main mottos were "OUR ARMY, OUR WEAPONS!" and "OVERSTAYED WELCOME!". Violence did not break out due to strict security provided by police forces.

The government is yet to make a decision about the matter.

Yesterday hundreds of thousands protested against the new war in the region.
Learning of Apepistan's declaration of war on North Korreaa, Archbishop Jusztinián Peterdy stood up against the pointless bloodshed and demanded peace in the world. In his hearth-touching speech, ha spoke against wars around the world.

After this, HSH Lord Kovács officially declared that any country is welcome to the Conference. "This [war] has to end know. Novans know how all wars end. All Arc of Triumphs are built on the bones of innocent civilians"

President attends Great Eurussia Summit then goes to Omega Atlantica

The Summit in Great Eurussia between ZaR and WTU has started and President Alex personally attended to show the world the truth behind all the accusations of ZAR countries versus the nations trading in the growing powerful World Trade Union which is the biggest trade organization of countries in the whole world. After the meeting, President will go to the capital city of Omega Atlantica to talk to its leader and establish relations and people to people cooperation.

With the current conflict in North Korreaa, many have fled the country and arrived at Azotakza's borders. Primer Natalia, ordered the boarder guards to allow them in.

"They are escaping the horrible treatment of war, such as we did".

She later states that she will welcome any refugee from any on going war.

The Great Eurussia Government sent a message to the government that they will close their bases in the country after facing attacks from military forces making General President proud because he is now in full control of the country to progress. He will also send a special envoy to Moscow to negotiate the extradition of convicted old vice President Joenas Biden to face prison in the country.

Learning that Great Eurussia bombed many power plants, General President Viktor Viktory called press conference and condemned Moscow government for lying that it will close down its bases. He said that EU is not welcome and the military will fight any foreign force in the nation's soil.

Statement from emperor Oshkin Kilitine: The government recognizes the threat of the DPRK and Aritmanian conflict but will not intervene unless reasonable suspicion arises....... I do believe that the DPRK's communist government is falling and because of that there is great importance to intervene but not until it has become our problem. We will however, seize the opportunity to issue a trade embargo on DPRK, and will fully support Articmanian forces with goods such as weapons, aid, and other supplies to help rebuild after the war ceases. With possible help from the (Carbon Alliance, which has not been confirmed as of today) in the event of a catastrophic war, can help rebuild and maintain peace and prosperity within the World Alliance.

The Wirbanskian emperor within the week has debated numerous times with protesters and supporters of the war on both sides alike on whether it would be wise to join along side Articmania if need be. He has stated that such a threat can potentially cause not a near world war but a full on devastating nuclear war that could devastate World Alliance for years to come.



In other news, the Apepistan red mud spill has gone from a large clean up job to an even bigger issue with government officials in Wirbanskia raising eyebrows, Oskin Kilitine the emperor of Wirbanskia states in a press conference that he wishes that the government responsible for the spill admit its faults and impose new environmental laws to protect civilians and wildlife from being exposed to this type of disaster or any future disaster.

In more recent news, Emperor Oshkin Kilitine has spoken with Aaron Nangusky president of The Republic of Kitt and Miching Yorguschmich Dictator of Lockdownn about the threats made by the Atlantican and the Azotakzan governments which will possibly be dealt with by the Carbon Alliance. The threats made have been severely illogical as the Azotakzan government has threatened multiple members with war and will drag its allies in with it. No new information has been released as of today.



Apparently human rights don’t seem to matter in [nation]Xolox[/nation] as the nation has entered into slave trading completely ignoring any progress made to outlaw it in the first place, the Carbon Alliance has not come to terms as to whether or not it’s their place to get involved,  but Kittian President Aaron Nangusky has stated that “If we are to go through with this there are two possible nonviolent options within the best interest of this alliance, one is that we impose an embargo on them and drain them of any economic opportunities and two is that we start a peaceful movement to help relieve them of being able to trade, buy, or even use human beings for forced labor for economic growth. Other members of the Carbon Alliance have failed to comment.



It has been announced that Artite has begun to support slave trading in the recent public announcement where the government is taking a stance on Xolox's side to support the vandalism of basic human rights, citizens in Wirbanskia are worried about if this recent news will effect the rewrite of the treaty and once again sour relations with the Artitian government, but Oshkon Kilitine disagrees, he states " this announcement will in no way affect this treaty or any relation with Artite" also saying "[i] It's imperative that this treaty follows through to insure that we are not involved in anymore conflicts with Artite.

Emperor Issues Full Condemnation on Slave Trade

Earlier today the Russian House of Commons passed a resolution officially declaring war on Muchos Estados Unidos. It was soon passed by the House of Peers. The Emperor who has been secretly pushing Parliament to declare war was greatly joyed to receive the news. He soon gave a statement to the nation.

Here is what was said


"For nearly 1200 years Russia has fought and many have died in the name of freedom. In the name of Mother Russia. It is once again time to rise together against a nation that seeks to destroy our allies. Eurussia is the greatest ally of our nation and our government is based off of theirs. And in the time of need we must help our allies. So by order of Parliament and authority of His Majesty, Emperor Willem-Alexander the Russian Empire is a war with MSU for now and thereafter. We will be sending 6,500 to team up with Eurussian Forces in the liberation of MSU. So help us God. We do this in the name of Russia and to ensure better freedom for the world.

This Morning the Royal Household released a statement from the office of the Emperor.The statement was strongly worded and quickly showed that Russia will stand against Slavery in any form.

"We the Royal Family of the Russian Empire will not tolerate slavery. In any form. It does not matter whether you assure them some rights. You are denying them the greatest right of all. And that is freedom. We call for an end to the slave trade and an international ban on slavery. Human trafficking must end and it must end now."

Miching Yorguschmich (supreme leader) has for the first time ever, has sided with Artite and Xolox regarding a controversial topic known as slave trading, Lockdownnian officials are in full support of this and are willing to go to war with anyone who opposes this economic growth spot. Miching states "[i] This is possibly the only time that our government will ever affiliate with the Artitians. Lockdownnian officials also have said that they will go to extreme measures to preserve this ancient practice.


In response to China China's "moon base" plans, Lockdownnian military officials have stated that if China China builds a "moon base" they will be the ones to destroy it. Lockdownnian officials are debating on how extreme they want to go but when the time comes they will be ready.

Economy Opens on 12 year low

The Russian Economy has taken a turn for the worse. After an act of Parliament that closed down all pharmaceutical companies the economy has fallen nearly 5 Trillion Roubles and unemployment has soared to an all time high of 16%. The Russian Nation Bank has sadi that Russia is in a deep recession but we will not reach a depression much like in 1917-1939 when the Communist first took control. The Russian Economic Agency has announced that the Russian economy will be at a standstill for a while before rising again. The Government has apologized to the nearly 26 million people that became unemployed over night. "An apology wont do it" said leader of the Russian Socialist Party Angela Merkel "This government must be held accountable for its actions." So far the Chancellor has been quite on the matter.

The Carbon Alliance has decided on the matter of Chinese spying and illegal entering of airspace in the Carbon Alliance. The Carbon Alliance has also decided on the matter of a Chinese moon base on the Moon and also claiming territory on interstellar bodies. The Carbon Alliance Official members include ( The Republic of Kitt, Wirbanskia, and Lockdownn) non-official members that will ONLY participate in aid are (Shackwave, Larohinnia formally Larnohinia). All members of the Carbon Alliance declare war on China China on the counts of international spying, and interstellar territory claims which in the Carbon Alliance is illegal and finds China China hereby guilty of the crimes displayed upon it and is subject to imprisonment of key government officials as well as an embargo on China China. Failure to comply to these terms will result in a military invasion from the Carbon Alliance.

EBSOTZIAN CRUSADES BEGIN AGAINST CHINA CHINA

As tensions sparked between China China and Ebsotz, and new war has officially begun. Emperor Zadravic declares war on the somewhat corrupt Chinese Government. Artite has given the idea and  is hopefully applying sanctions on China China, after what they did to the Empire. The Alliance consists of Ebsotz, Artite, Lockdownn, and Wirbanskia, as they unite to take down China China's "spy machines". A Naval Operation has already begun to assault China China.

The Grand Emperor, after having been informed of the news, was outraged by the multiple declarations of war on China China. Although Xolox and China China are still hated enemies, and that will likely never be changed, the precedent for wars of conquest in the modern era cannot be allowed to be set. The following quote was taken from an Ebsotzian discussion online about their country's declaration of war, "Indeed! Spoils of war is the territory of China China split into colonies. C'mon boys. Lets blow 'em out of the sky." In response, the Grand Emperor has made the following statement, "Any honorable nation cannot allow this to stand! I implore everyone to help take up arms against these unabashed warmongers!" The Loxan military is prepared to fight fire with fire if the belligerents do not comply.


The Loxan fleet that just arrived in North Korreaan waters with what was previously a mission to aid SHAD allies has been given new orders. After seeing the peace treaty proposed by Articmania, it has become painfully obvious that Xolox has been dragged into a war for the wrong reasons. This combined with the cry of help by North Korreaa and it's continued claims that there have been no border disputes has driven the Grand Emperor to order his to troops to join the SHAD forcse as planned, but to investigate whether or not there have been any border disputes in actuality, and if so, who they have been initiated by. The Emperor wishes to make it clear that, as has been previously stated, he will not support a war of conquest and is prepared to assist North Korreaa if this is case of the unfounded bullying of a smaller country with a contrasting belief set.


According to international concerns over the treatment of Loxan slaves once they are out of the country, the government has decided to sell slaves only to countries who adhere to the conditions proposed by Xolox to the security council. Although it is unlikely that this will have an effect on the condemnations and embargoes garnered by this new product sold by Xolox, it was an important issue that had to be addressed.

* President Biden signs Treaty with Great Eurussia for Commonwealth status *

Meeting with the Chancellor of Great Eurussia, President Joenas Biden secured a deal for long term security assistance from Eurussia Forces and help in defeating rebels that control the country. Muchos Estados Unidos is given commonwealth Status by Great Eurussia after Treaty where the government will take care of all affairs except defense and security. President Biden calls on the people to support the liberation forces.

Because of powerful ally, the chief of the Navy of Muchos Estados Unidos and Air Force surrender to President Biden government in Great Eurussia and promise to help bomb camps of other military rebels and search for General Viktory.

Surprised with the quick turn of events, General President Viktor Viktory is nowhere to be found but the military rebels continue to fight but still in communication with their master and leader commander. 3,000 militaries are supportive of the General and 500 tanks are also keeping them everywhere in Muchos Estados Unidos to fight the enemies and liberation.
