China China has effectively violated the WA Biological & Chemical Weapons Ban Act by dumping Ebola-infected bodies into the Artite Sea. Because this is their second violation of this nature, Xolox heavily recommends that their punishment be much harsher.

I'm not sure if this should be made into a different case, but they should also be tried for their blatant warmongering. The Grand Empire of Xolox was earlier recommended to removed from the Security Council for starting a war in the defense of Articmania, and China China has effectively began 2 separate wars unpunished.

These issues must be addressed.

Although this does interfere with our nation's foreign policy on being neutral in conflicts, I do believe China China does need consequences for its hostile actions against nations of the WA.

These issues must be addressed.

The Security Council finds that the Grand Empire of Xolox has filed a complaint against the People's Republic of China China. Please be informed that this proceedings are now guided by Section 6 of the World Alliance Security Council Act.

It must also be noted that both Parties are member states of the Security Council and as such, they are both prohibited on exercising their privileges to vote as member states of this body once this complaint becomes an international case officially.

In the name of due process, the People's Republic of China China is hereby notified and given three (3) days to comment on the complaint and specify if its willing to undergo an arbitration with the Grand Empire of Xolox.

Please be noted that only the two Parties involved in the case may participate.

Having the People's Republic of China China actively participating on the proceedings, the formal complaint of the Grand Empire of Xolox against the People's Republic of China China is now an international case under the judicial authority of the Security Council.

Both Parties are asked to exchange arguments and evidences for three (3) days.

Having no further arguments on the case, the Security Council is pleased to announce the following:

Conclusion: The Grand Empire of Xolox filed a case against the People's Republic of China China due to alleged use of highly infectious ebola infected bodies as a biological weapon which allegedly constitutes gross violations of the WA Biological & Chemical Weapons Ban Act. However, the SC finds no conclusive evidence to that effect making the case insufficient in substance. Moreover, the SC finds the admission of the Grand Empire of Xolox that the dumping of ebola infected did not take place strengthening the defense of China China.

Recommendation: Citing insufficient and no legal basis on the case, the SC recommends the dismissal of the case between Xolox and China China. Thus, the Security Council may decide to re-open the case. Otherwise, the case will be considered resolved technically.

A public vote is hereby called to order.
