(Dismissed) Ban Nation Act

If you're going to make a proposal, at least be sure that others can understand it; it took me a good minute to piece together what you were saying.

Although this isn't worthy of being an act, I would like to vouch for the existence of this issue. We all know that a handful of nations have done minimal effort to interact with other members other then spout slurs and flex their biceps at each other in the RMB. To me, there's no point in keeping these nations here if this is all they will do.

Although New Rhodinia is against this doomed proposal, we'd like to encourage Great Eurussia to consider banning those who don't actively participate and instead make the IC/OOC environment more toxic then it has any right to be.

I got the same problem as New Rhodinia, i can't understand a word what he is trying to say so am Against
