Geneva Convention type event?

Would anyone be interested in attending and writing some "Xarax Conventions"(Maybe a different city, if requested)?

I'd be willing to host something like this.

I wasn't really looking for a host, unless you think Xolox is unsuitable for some reason. I was just wondering if anyone would come, help write them, and adhere to them.

I was actually thinking that we're missing something like this from the WA. Count me in. There're people that are much, much more suited in forming the text itself, but the United Kingdoms of Apepistan will surely show their support.
