-From the Office of the Vice-President of the World Alliance Security Council-
-To the Office of the President of the World Alliance Security Council-

President,

I am hereby officially requesting the immediate dismissal of Chivalry's seat on the World Alliance Security Council, due to the violation of the verdict based on the "Scouting, Apepistan vs Serenarea, Zanland, Chivalry" Case.

The verdict, which was made on Saturday, January 31, 2015 states:

"Citing the fact that Serenarea,Zanland, and Chilvary have violated this legal obligation, the SC recommend placing these members on probation for a period of three(3) months. During this probation if any of the listed countries miss a vote(abstaining counts as a vote) they will be ejected from the Security Council."

The verdict was confirmed by the World Alliance Security Council on Thursday, February 5, 2015 at 1:15 AM, (GMT-5) by the Presiding Judge, "Empire of Russia".

The Defendant, "Chivalry", is found to be in violation of the verdict as of, Thursday, February 5, 2015 at 5:45 PM, (GMT-5), which is the time that the "WASC Secondary Seats Act" was passed into legislation without the Defendant's vote.

Despite the short time, 16 hours, from the verdict, the verdict was clear. "During this probation if any of the listed countries miss a vote(abstaining counts as a vote) they will be ejected from the Security Council." The probation period started the instant that the verdict was confirmed by the Tenth Security Council.
