To the nations of the World Alliance.
The Kingdom of West Phoenicia wishes to send out invitations to surrounding nations. Calling for an exchange of embassies. Let us open up diplomacy with the construction of your embassy in our lands and a West Phoenician embassy in yours.
This agreement can lead to trade talks. Negotiations and bonds of friendship. Non nuclear countries will be moved to the top of the list of approvals.
