Wirbanskia was moved elsewhere allowing this nation to be switched with that one. I don't know why me changing names/nations has got anything to do with that but hey, be my guest.

I don't want to ban him yet and propose like that. But I suggest WASC should suspend Lockdown to show that all nation must follow the international court.

This executive resolution may now be debated and voted upon within five (5) days.
