(CSSN) Coalition of Sovereign Socialist Nations

This is the Official Forum of the Coalition of Sovereign Socialist Nations or "The Coalition" for short. We are an alliance of Socialist nations who have proved their dedication to our cause. We are a humanitarian and a liberal group. The Coalition will not act as a governing body of any form and will NEVER interfere with the national policies of a nation. However in cases of Gross Misconduct such as Genocides, your membership may, and probably will, be revoked.
Admission to the Coalition is only granted to nations who show Socialist or Heavy Left Wing policies. Any Capitalists, Right Wing Nations, or Anarchists need not apply, as chances for admission is extremely low. The CSSN has no preference in government form granted that it does administer the required policies to be deemed Socialist or Left Wing (Thus Anarchies need not apply due to a lack of government to perform these required duties.). The size or power of ones military shall have no difference in admission preference. Member nations have the sovereign right to make individual decisions, such as policies and wars, and the CSSN will not interfere on such internal matters. That being said, if such policies lead nations to no longer be deemed Socialist or Left wing, membership with the CSSN may be revoked. Similarly, if during war a member commits severe humanitarian offenses, or shows aggression toward a innocent CSSN nation, membership may be revoked. In the CSSN, we do not mind who you are, whether you are economically powerful or have great military might. All we expect is that nations show decency and morality.

The Coalition will simply act as a brotherhood of sorts and member nations are expected but not required to stand up for one another. There are currently 3 different classes of membership. There is "Key Membership", "General Membership" and "Observing Membership".

General Membership - Standard Member, Has voting rights (Counts as 2 Vote).
Gold Member - Leader, Has Voting Rights (Counts as 2 Votes)
Observing Member - Limited Member, Has Voting Rights (Counts as 1 Vote)

So first thing on the agenda for today, Should we grant/invite Novo Canuckia to this alliance? Though it has undergone heavy reforms, the nations still has a history of heavy socialist policies, what do you guys think?

With regards to Novo Canuckia, we need to see first an established government.

Despite of the good idea starting this Alliance. Why are we Divided by classes

Ahhh, touché. I shall redo the membership system to make it more equal. But, I will have to keep observing membership as it is basically for nations who intend to become socialist, but are yet to make the change. Let me make an realistic example for this ; If the Coalition was an airport, Excecutive Members would be first class travelers, General Members would be Normal travellers, and Observing members would be those in transit, waiting for their flight. Get it?

So basically here is how it works now :

Observing Member :
- Is not Socialist yet but intends to become Socialist
- Has a Socialist Party, but the capitalist party is now in power (In this care NO VOTING POWER GIVEN).
- Nation wishes to be a member, but no longer wishes to be active as of now
- Nation has been under international scrutiny for a form of misconduct, so has been suspended.


General Member :
- A widely recognized socialist
- Socialist party is in power and wishes to be a part
- A Left Leaning Capitalist Nation (Must provide adequate Public Healthcare, Welfare and Education)


Gold Member :
- Is given this honor due to its dedication to Socialism and Humanitarianism (Done by vote).

I have changed it, there are currently no gold members and there gold members have no advantages. I do however think that gold membership should be given to honor and acknowledge someones good doing/ dedication to socialism. Novo Canuckia (Before reforms) is the only nation I can think of who would have achieved such an honor.

P.S. Gold membership is only granted after a vote and nomination. If 75% or more people vote in favor of the candidate getting gold membership, then the nations is granted the title.

Good. I'll be the Economic backing of the organization considering that NZ, NZC and NZSA are economic superpowers (Tracked said so). Perhaps another military superpower like Dromoda could help you in the military supply for the CSSN?

Dromoda can provide actual troops, I'll provide material and special trainers.
