The NATO is currently undergoing reforms. However, theoretically, an interested member state should first make sure that it is in alliance with ALL the existing NATO member states so it will be easy for that country to enter the Neutral Alliance Treaty Organization because the NATO is a united "neutral" alliance that is only focused on the development of all its member states and neutrality on all external issues and concerns.

All decisions of the NATO are unanimous, thus a strong and deep trust among its members is exercised. And technically, an interested member state should also agree with all the provisions of the Neutral Alliance Treaty (undergoing reforms too). Thank you.

I should say we start the first day with a state banquet and welcoming all NATO members, then on the second day we welcome our newest members and discuss about the conflicts going on in the World Alliance and how we can prevent from draging the NATO into it, and mayby more but i can't find anything right now Very Happy
