Schorr will be replaced, TEMPORARILY!

Article III ) Court of Justice
In case of resignation, the President shall nominate the replacement approved by the Security Council. However, if a Justice becomes a party to a case, its post shall be deemed vacant immediately and the President shall nominate a temporary replacement approved by the Security Council and if the Justice is cleared of all charges, it is immediately reinstated but if the Justice is guilty in the case, the temporary replacement shall permanently become a Justice.
Since a case has been brought against SCHORR which is a member of the Court, the Constitution explicitly says that his membership to the Court is temporarily suspended and SHIROUMA must nominate a TEMPORARY REPLACEMENT to be approved by the SECURITY COUNCIL while the case is running.
If SCHORR will be found GUILTY of his ACTS, his membership to the Court is permanently revoked and will be taken over by the new appointee and if NOT GUILTY, his membership STAYS.
The Constitutional Provision ensures that whoever sits in the Court of Justice is expected to uphold the rule of law in all of its actions as a STATE in every single decision it makes for the good of the World Alliance.

schorr forced his idea's on our people even though that is against WA law.schorr says 108 people died when over 1000 greecian soldier's died and 63 civilian's were killed.Either schorr wants to make his self look innocent or schorr doesnt consider greecian's as human's.

The prosecution has no evidence and the defense has no evidence. I believe that means this court case is dropped.

As the current only present justice, I present my ruling.
Greecia's claims are wholly unsubstantiated except through Roleplay. Roleplay is not permissible to use as prosecution in the Court of Justice. Greecia has failed to put forth any evidence showing the United States of Scorr committed any crime in the eyes of the CoJ. Therefore, he is found to be innocent and the case to be dismissed.
As this is a civil case, and neither party has presented any evidence to pass the Threshold of the Burden of Proof, this case has been dismissed without prejudice.
I await my fellow justices rulings in the matter.

RP issues can be resolved through the Court. And not just OOC disputes. The Court encompasses to resolve all kinds of disputes in the World Alliance.
