EUROPE AND ASIA MAINTAINS NEUTRALITY

Premier Weber announced today that Eurasia will remain in a position of political neutrality until further notice. He stated in a press release:

"Europe and Asia has vested interest in remaining neutral in this regional conflict, and as of now, we currently see no reason to become entangled in an already complicated diplomatic mess. We support our Eurussian allies and our New Zealand allies and trust them to make the correct decisions so as not to harm our region. However, if the stability of the region is threatened by the continued warmongering, Europe and Asia can and will intervene on the side of our closest allies."

MARQUETTE OFFERS TO GIVE LOW ASYLUM

Marquette, a long time ally of Yellasia, offers to give Mr. Low, the former leader of the Low Republic asylum in Marquette. The Minister of Foreign Affairs, Olivier LeBlanc, has stated that Yellasia holding custody of a "controversial yet beneficial" leader of its Low Country would "look bad for international diplomacy". He and Chancellor Charpentier offered to give Dr. Low political asylum in Marquette's Côte d'Or (or Gold Coast), a small city that is the closest to Yellasia.

Earlier this morning a demonstration was held in front of the Prime Minister's Office by the people who claim to be one of the descendent of the New Malizia Monarchs which has been dissolved by the former prime minister of New Malizia. They demand the government to give back the power of the nation to the monarchs and put up new rules to make sure the monarchs will not be dissolve again.

The demonstration was said to be peaceful and no damage has been done and It was said that the demonstration already had the police permission earlier this month. However the police denied of giving them any permission on having a demonstration in front of the Prime Minister's office but have given them permission to held a demonstration at the Malizia Squares not to far from the Prime Minister's office.

According to the history of New Malizia the monarchs of New Malizia was abolished in 1957 by the former prime minister. It was said that the king commanded the Malizia Royal Army (now changed to New Malizia Army) to kill everyone of the people who tries to topple the monarchs. However the army changes side and captured the king. The king and his advisor was executed but his family and the monarchs was set jailed and has been set free after the current prime minister released them after taking office.


New Malizia Minister of Home Affairs, Ahmad Zahid Hamidi stated yesterday that the special operation launch by the New Malizia Police to fight criminal and drop the crime's rate nationwide was a success. About 57,348 people was caught because of robbery, bribing, vandalism, murder and much more. All of them were jailed under the Internal Security Act and sentenced according to their crimes.

The moment is finally arrived. While tensions between Eurussia, Aloia and Casavarr on one side, and Eurussia on the other, are not yet dissolved, the Supreme Court of the Royal Landsraad today began the trial against former Koryan dictator Kim Jong-Un, in front of an auditorium composed by all the Landsraad, in representation of Tarajani aristocracy, experts of international law, and the King himself, alongside His Highness the Grand Duke of Casavarr, Lord Zerek De Reja.
Countess Darya Khusrow, Lord Advocate and Prosecutor of the Ministry for Homeland Security and Justice, started a preliminary indictment against Kim Jong-Un, particularly focusing the attention of the judges on the destruction of the European civilian aircraft which lead to the beginning of the war, affirming it was "a deliberate crime against peace."
The trial will continue for the next two days, with the indictment of the defence and, after the analysis of all the evidences, with the final sentence of the judges.

Before the beginning of the trial, huge State funerals were organized in Restauration Square, in front of the Royal Palace, to give a last salute to Cpt. Van Aardenne and Pvt. Henedersen.
The funerals saw the participation of the King himself, who took the occasion to speak to a large crowd of thousands of Tarajani and publicly honoured the memory of the brave soldiers.
"Their memory will never vanished. They demonstrated to the entire world what does it means to be a true Tarajani: to respond, always with dignity and with courage, to adversities and to the most critical situations. Their behavior not only saved the life of Adm. Amasya, but also of thousands of Koryans; because, if they decided to open fire, like in Busan yesterday, an event which I cannot avoid to condemn with the strongest spirit, there would have been a massacre of civilians. Do not blame their decision, because the Koryans are not our enemies. The real enemy is the manipulation, the misinformation. The same manipulaton which lead to the killing of an hundred Koryans. I wish to ask to the organizer of the petty farce against our Kingdom: is it worth to spread the Koryan and Tarajani blood for your goals?"
But the culminating moment of the celebration was the delivery of the official condolences of the Eurussian government by its attachè to the families of the deads.
The attachè delivered the letter in front of a reverentially-silent crowd, under the eyes of His Majesty the King, while the band of the Royal Army was playing the Tarajani official anthem.
A moment full of symbolism and meaning, as many analysts did'nt hesitate to point out the decision of the royal government and of the families to not accept a private delivery; the intention was clear, well represented by the words pronounced by a noble of the Landsraad in an ambush interview before the funeral: "Nobody, after being responsible for the death of a Tarajani, could pretend to not ask for excuses in front of the entire nation."
At the end, Duke Gerard Van Aardenne (brother of Cpt. Friederick, and nephew of the Lord Van Aardenne, one of the judges) gave a short speech to the crowd, calling for "the end of any manifestation against Eurussian consulates. We are not barbarians. The best way to ensure the memory of my beloved brother, and of his heroic girlfriend (Cpt. Van Aardenne and Pvt. Hendersen were on their way to marriage) is to continue our lives, to enforce justice against Kim Jong-Un, and to give him to the Koryan people so that he could pay for his crimes. This will be the best demonstration of our commitment toward justice, and the best failure of any position against us."
The speech was welcomed by a long applause by the crowd.

THE KINGDOM REACTS
Prime Minister calls for "Eurussian citizens to not leave the country. It is unresponsible to exasperate nationalism."

The royal government reacts immediately to the new offense from Eurussia, after the decision of Imperial government to unilaterally break the Treaty of Friendship between the two nations and to expel all Tarajani citizens in Eurussia.
Prime Minister Esther Farah Rumaki held a Press Conference in Palace Van Geldern on the issue:

"The decision of the Eurussian government is not unexpected" she commented "Although we were continuing to hope in a sign of goodwill from Chancellor Pootin. Evidently, our hopes were unfounded."
Then, the Prime Minister affirmed "the unusefulness of such a measure like the expulsion of our citizens from Eurussia. Maybe they hope to give a blowl to our economy? They are wrong. Tarajani financial societies and groups are ones the most important in the world. Stopping any business activities in Eurussia will mean the bankruptcy also for some of their own industries for absence of capital. Also, the Kingdom of New Tarajan is not famous for a tradition of hostility toward countries which don't agree with our position. We are not used to blacklist anyone if not extremely necessary.
For this reason, I invite all Eurussian citizens in New Tarajan to not leave the country. It is not necessary, since their security is not in danger. Anyone, Eurussian or not, who will want to continue to have business here, or simply to be a tourist, will be more than welcome. It is the opinion of the royal government that there are no reasons for such an extreme, illegal, and also psycological violent action like the expulson of Eurussian citizens from New Tarajan, or viceversa. The only effect of such a measure could be the exasperation of nationalism, and the consequent violence. It is at least unresponsible to provoke a burning by blowing on the fire.
The Eurussian government has demonstrated once again that it could only answer with threats, insults and discriminatory measures to the reasonings of its interlocutor, while New Tarajan always maintained an open attitude, and a correct behavior toward Eurussia.
In their note, the Eurussian representatives avoided very carefully to cite the wrong actions of Eurussia during this crisis. Maybe a small list could be useful:

1) Unjustified accusation of the Imperial Union of Aloia and Genolia to hide the dictator and consequent blacklisting (in violation of the SECURS Founding Charter) of the country;

2) Refusal to accept the conditions of Aloia, that Kim Jong-Un should remain in New Tarajan until the issue of the sentence;

3) Refusal to accept the will of the international community, as expressed by Europe, Antanares, Casavarr and Aloia, to hold the trial in New Tarajan;

4) Offensive and provocative behavior of the Eurussian Minister for Foreign Affairs, Sergei Lavrov, against a member of the Royal House;

5) Insults and offensive behavior of Chancellor Pootin during the World Economic Forum of St. Petersburg;

6) Refusal to give official excuses for what said at 4) and 5);

7) Illegal blacklisting (once again, in violation of SECURS Founding Charter) of Casavarr, only because that government asked for clarifications and a human solution of the problem of six millions Koryan soldiers;

8 ) Complete override of the Antanaresian proposal for multilateral talks in Velikogovolka, for a diplomatic solution of the crisis;

9) Refusal to acknowledge the customary international norms on which the Kingdom of New Tarajan bases its course of action;

10) Use of media misinformation and manipulation to blacken the international image of the Kingdom, which resulted in the Koryan unrest, and the consequent death of two Tarajani soldiers;

11) Inactivity of the Eurussian peacekeeping forces, deliberately decided by their command, during the aforementioned unrest;

12) Override of our proposal to send judges and counsellors to the trial here in New Tarajan;

In few words, ladies and gentlemen, the Eurussian government persisted in an offensive, aggressive and unjustified attitude. In front of all these acts, shall we simply accept to give him the dictator? Shall we really hope in their impartiality, after they have unilaterally expelled our citizens from their country? Shall we really believe in a goodwill from Eurussia to settle this issue diplomatically, after their decision to blacklist every country which refuse to accept their positions, and since their continuous override of any proposal of negotiation?
The Kingdom of New Tarajan, although we have received another insult, does not want to step back. We continue to offer our hands to Eurussia for negotiation and a diplomatic, pacific settlement of this crisis, under the obvious condition they will make formal excuses for the insults brought against the Royal House Van Vinkel and the entire Kingdom by Chancellor Pootin and Minister Lavrov.
After this, we are ready to work together to find a solution."

Meawhile, the trial goes with rapidity and efficiency in Palace Van Geldern.
After the first indictment of the Lord Prosecutor, the defense of Kim Jong-Un proceeded with the indictment of evidences on the innocence of the dictator.
Particulary, the defense insisted on the provocative military actions taken by Europe and Eurussia toward Korya, which, in their opinion, pushed Koryan military to attack the civilian aircraft since they believed to be a military vehicle.
Also, it was expressed the hypothesis that the civilian aircraft was in fact a military one.

THE VIOLENCE OF EXPULSION

One hundred Tarajanis have choosen to protest against the order to immediately leave Eurussia by enchaining themselves in front of the Kremlin.
They are mostly young professionals, recently came in Eurussia.
"I have a girlfriend here, we wished to marry soon and...what now? Someone is ordering me to leave this country. Why? What I've done to loose all my life? " said an angry Ahmad Firouzi, a young psychologist from Bakran.
And many others can tell a similar story: lives suddenly broken by the order from the Eurussian government.
A measure of reprisal after the decision of New Tarajan to continue with the trial of Kim Jong-Un after the repeated override of any proposal of negotiation.
Measure that the Royal Government refused to issue for the Eurussian citizens in New Tarajan, even after the explicit request of the Eurussia government to its citizens to leave the Kingdom.
In an official Press Conference, indeed, Prime Minister Rumaki invited Eurussians "to not leave the country" and to continue to have their business, since it's no intention of the government of New Tarajan to adopt any kind of discriminatory action.

The protest began early this morning, with the police which is actually trying to remove the protesters.
They continue to refuse to go, but for the moment the situation is calm, and there is no sign of violence.

At the same time, the Royal Government issued an official note "regretting the decision of the Eurussian government to withdraw its participation to the SECURS."
The note continues, stating "the absolute unnecessity of such a measure, since the threats to the safety of the Eurussian delegation in Merlberg cannot be used as a reason for a withdrawal from the entire organization. The main goal of the SECURS is to provide a framework for cooperation between its Members. It is the strongest hope of the Royal Government that after the end of this crisis the relationship between New Tarajan and Eurussia could find a new life; also, even if New Tarajan holds the position of Secretary General, SECURS is not the private organization of Tarajani interests; there are many other Member States with which Eurussia continue to have strong relations and, on this perspective, we respectfully invite Eurussia to reconsider its decision."

Dr. Low to be put on trial

The Yellasian authorities have decided that Dr. Low must stand trial. Yellasia's Minister of International Relations stated this morning. "We respect Marquette's offer to grant Dr. Low asylum in their country. We do, however, feel that it would be worse for international diplomacy to simply let this man, who is arguably responsible for more grieving than any other person in the World Alliance, to be set free without even being tried. That would be a greater injustice." He went on to say that it would be 'useless' to punish Dr. Low severely on the basis of 'revenge', as he has not been harming anyone with his puppy paintings.

Opinions across Yellasia are mixed. During his early years, Dr. Low enjoyed a positive public opinion during his first years, which deteriorated as he grew more authoritative, and plummeted to an all time low at the start of the World War. Dr. Low allowed for the sinking of a Yellasian ship, killing over 300 Yellasian soldiers. The subsequent war followed the deaths of over 60,000 Yellasians and 110,000 Lows. This does not take into account the millions who died across the world. One Low mother was quoted as saying, "He stole my son from me, who was sent to be killed by the Yellasians in the war."

Some, such as the Low Restoration Party (a reactionary independence party who gained zero seats in the United Kingdom Parliament but gained two seats in the House of Low, the lower house of the Low Republic's devolved legislature), want to restore Dr. Low's rule.

Most want Dr. Low to stand trial, although the punishment he shall receive is hotly debated. Many Yellasians point to his puppy paintings as evidence of remorse and admiration for Yellasia.

Newlon,which was home to the short lived communist revolution in texania a couple of months back,is at it again.The city,which is referred to the communist capital of texania,because 70,000 of the 85,000 communists in texania live in newlon.The city is under threat again after many of the surviving rebels from the original rebellion threatened to rebel again.Texania has sent 50,000 troops to newlon,at least 10,000 of the troops sent to newlon fought in the original rebellion against the rebels.The city has grown from 47,000 people after the rebellion,to 120,000 people as of now.

Large demonstrations were held and still are taking place in Korya, both in the larger cities than in small towns.
Long processions of people parade along all the roads, while huge sit-in can be found in all the squares.
Events no longer uncoordinated as a few days ago, but held together, coordinated by the movements and associations of citizens in contact with each other, organized from the internet and social networks.
The reasons for the protests are very precise, and certainly not unique to the living conditions of the people, in a significant and sustained improvement thanks to humanitarian operations (still in progress), and not even the actions of military forces located in Korya (European and foreign forces).
Forces to which the people of what was once a brutal dictatorship, owes much.
And it is the people themselves to recognize it, and to keep precise it the associations sponsoring the events.
The real goal of the protests is justice, too slow according to some, even denied according to others.
The people of Korya is against the process of Kim Jong Un's happening in New Tarajan, and want it to be done in Europe.
The nation against which got excited more is definitely New Tarajan, but the critics are not spared for any of the other countries involved.
Most, so to speak, extremists, demanding that both the people of the same Korya to prosecute and judge the dictator.
Furthermore, people complained that the slow process of the dictator has effectively blocked all other processes of the leaders of the old dictatorship.

But these are not mere protests are much more.
The people of Korya is experiencing what it means to live in a free country, live in the place where everyone can express their ideas freely, can debate and discuss.
Only a few weeks ago, when Kim Jong Un was still in power, if they had carried out such events of this kind, would end in a massacre.
The dictatorial forces have fired on the crowds, the protesters arrested and tortured, executed mass shootings.
We know all too well what happened to those expressed its disagreement, when Korya there was still a dictatorship.
But now it's different.
Now the people of Korya is free, free to talk, think and even protest.
They noticed the protesters themselves, even when they protested in front of the European Police protective cordons, which is limited to watching them.
All events are taking place in a peaceful and legal, and the policemen observe carefully, trying to avoid escalating into violent acts, but does not suppress the crowds.
Many of them are tired because of long working hours, chatter with the protesters, others protest with them, astounding the crowds.
This means democracy for us a matter of course, for the people of Korya something newly discovered.

Despite the peaceful demonstrations, the European Government has, however, taken some precautions series.
First, an increase of police forces (National Police Corp , National Carabinieri Corp and National Guardia di Finanza Corp) present in Korya, through the arrival of men, vehicles and equipment from Europe.
The police forces are already deployed across the country, and are already taking patrol operations and oversee infrastructure and sensitive places.
Major sensitive,very protected,are the structures of the humanitarian mission and military structures.
The Ministry of Interior and the Ministry of Defence have arranged to limit the use of military contingents in normal patrol operations of the major population centers, and to replace them, as far as possible with the police forces.
You are trying to use the military operations only in more complex and difficult, and for patrolling the vast countryside.
There are, however, also the military at sensitive points (other types of infrastructure or humanitarian structures)- This is to keep the military away from the demonstrations,since they could become target of violent actions. 
Despite the fact that the European military we have a reputation that excellent among the population.

Obviously all of the events must be authorized, by request to the European Military Command in Korya. In this way the police can follow in a consistent and accurate manner all the events. The use of force is not allowed, unless the demonstrators to attack first. 
The police and military can also not use firearms,unless they are before the demonstrators to use them.
Peaceful demonstrations are still encouraged and absolutely not opposed by the European authorities.

We report the interview of Alexander Devastisky, president of the Bruma, where the president spoke about the recent crisis between New Tarajan and Eurussia:

Interviewer: Good morning to you all listeners and welcome, mister Devastisky
Devastisky: Good morning and thanks for the invitation

Interviewer: Good, we have a lot of question for you, a member of the parliament of Antanares and one of the most important councilor of His Highness. What do you think of the problems between Eurussia and New Tarajan?  
Devastisky: I think these problems are only a pile of words, futile and hurtful for the good relationship between the nations of the SECURS and for the global diplomacy. All this noise for a trial? I think this trial is become more than was in the past. Eurussia and New Tarajan see, now, in the trial, their prestige. In their opinions, if they fail now, they lost the respect of the international community. This race for the win push them to do actions and declarations unexpected. Like the ban of all tarajans citizens from Eurussia.

Interviewer: What do you think about this ban?
Devastisky: I think is an error. Ban all the citizens of a foreign country could only exasperate a situation that don't need it. New Tarajan and Eurussia had a long history of collaboration. Ruin it is a sin.

Interviewer: What do you think Eurussia and New Tarajan must do to repair to this situation?
Devastisky: They must do a step back. Eurussia must do national excuses to New Tarajan, the King and his sisters. It's inadmissible, whatever is the situation, use irony and insult during a crisis period. New Tarajan must reconsider its position about the trial. I think, but this is only my opinion, that nobody would accept now a trial in Eurussia and New Tarajan, not in this situation. If we make the trial in Korya and invite judges from all the nations that joined the international missions, we could arrive to a compromise.

Interviewer: How you consider what Eurussia did in the last days?
Devastisky: Wrong and futile. Eurussia did a lot of actions that had only worsen a difficult situation. Ban citizens, blacklist nations. These are not actions that a nation with an international position and reputation must do.

Interviewer: Some people in Antanares believe Eurussia ignored the proposals of Antanares. What do you think about?
Devastisky: It's the truth, but it's not only Eurussia. A lot of nations ignored our proposals and now I can say that Antanares is not happy of that. They thinks they can ignore us and do what they want liberally, but the truth is we are one of the most powerful nations in the SECURS and I would to remember it to them. We don't accept indifference. And the next time we could react to them.

Interviewer: Now, our forces are still in Korya, joining the international mission. Do you think this mission must continue?
Devastisky: Yes, now more than the past is important that the mission don't end, now without a clear result of our interventions. If we fail in Korya, in the future all the mission to pacify nations and help to liberate them from dictators would fail. Also, I think our forces are doing a very good works in Korya. They construct houses and public structures that help the local populations and they train the local police, required for our retire.

Interviewer: Do the Bruma thinks the same?
Devastisky: Yes, a majority of course. A little minority prefers that Antanares retire his forces, but only to save the life and the money of our citizens.

Interviewer: After the decision of support officially New Tarajan, His Highness retired in the Castle of Wolfgarden. Why?
Devastisky: I really don't know. He received in the past days ambassadors of Eurussia and New Tarajan, me and other members of the Bruma and also some important men that I can't nominate now. He continue to follow and lead the nations.

Prime Minister Carl Avery visits Korya



As part of his ongoing tour, Prime Minister of Greater Yellasia Carl Avery visited Korya where he met with Eurussian and Dromodian officials in their respective zones. After Empress Elizabeth II of Great Eurussia, he is the second foreign head of state to visit Korya. The visit was not announced beforehand for security reasons.

In the Eurussian zone, the Eurussian military gave Avery an aerial tour of the war-torn country. Afterwards, he spoke with Eurussian officials (as well as some Koryans). He declared his support for a free and independent Koryan nation, and hoped that Eurussia would rekindle its relationship with New Tarajan.

Later, Avery was welcomed by Dromodian officials in their portion of Korea. He agreed to provide aid through providing drinking water, wheat, rice, and glass windows to increase the living standards of post-war Koryans.

Avery has stated that he wishes all post-war political bodies installed be allowed to coexist in a 'federal republic', which would allow free movement of all Koryans to each section.

NATIONAL ASSOCIATION OF JOURNALISTS DECLARES EURUSSIA "BLACK ZONE"

The Aloian National Association of Journalists has officially announced to the world their verdict on news coming out of Eurussia. The NAJ has declared that information coming from Eurussian news-sources is "unreliable and full of opinions and lies." Eurussian news reporters have been long criticized as too subjective and unprofessional, and the NAJ's declaration now only affirms statements long held by high-profile journalists and editors in the business. The NAJ rates nations' journalistic integrity on a color scale with green being completely free and honest and black being dishonest and restricted. The NAJ has declared Eurussia a black zone, the first developed nation in the World Alliance to receive that ranking.

The NAJ is not endorsed by the Imperial government, but is seen throughout the world as a reliable and honest source of news and watchdog for free and honest press. The straw that broke the back of the camel of this declaration was Eurussia's reporting on supposed protests in New Korya, a region in Aloia known for its large Koryan population. Reporters from many nations came to New Korya to report on the supposed protests, only to find peace. The St. Helens Herald reports that New Korya has been quiet recently, being mostly made up of poor farmers from Korya who are now trying to rebuild their lives in a strange land as farmers and merchants, who don't have time to go protest.

The result of this move by the NAJ is to soil the already-damaged reputations of all Eurussian news-sources as propaganda machines and warmongers. Aloians and Genolians have already disregarded most Eurussian news as anti-Aloian and anti-Tarajani propaganda machines and Eurussian magazines and newspapers can be found nowhere in the Imperial Union.

After the demonstration by the people of the old monarchs of New Malizia, the Prime Minister, Najib Razak decided to accept their demand in re-establishing the monarchs of New Malizia with the current descendent of the monarchs which has been confirmed by the government. The monarchs will be declared as the head-of-state of New Malizia while the prime minister will be the head of government and the advisor of the monarchs.

The prime minister stated that this action will be permanent in the next month with the current government will be reconstructed to make way for the monarchs to rule New Malizia. This action has been done after a poll has been done by the government for the people to choose if they wanted the monarchs to rule New Malizia or not and after considering many opinion by the people.

NZ In Need Of Fuel ASAP?



It seems even the auto boom of NZ does not come with its own problems. The boom has seen a massive increase in demand for oil over the past decade (The demand has increased by a massive 230%), the current demand for oil 35 Million barrels per day in NZ alone, this works out at just under 12.8 billion barrels a year, a rate which the conventional NZ Oil supplies (State owned NZ Oil and partially privatized United Petroleum) simply cannot match. NZ Oil and United Petroleum are only capable of supplying 6.9 Billion. The oil shortage was usually made up by supplies from  Broweran Gas and Oil (B.G.O - Went bankrupt last year), who supplied the remainder. However, when B.G.O went bankrupt, the NZ Government (Under Michael Jefferson) scrambled to secure oil contracts with Eurussian companies, a deal that was the driving force behind the NZ-Eurussian treaty, but ever since the NZ parliament voted to ditch the agreement, which passed with an excessive majority due to both the Liberal and Socialist party supporting it, the contracts with the Eurussian companies has broken down due to NZ regulations, tariffs and taxes making it no longer financially viable for them to sell here. Thankfully, Prime Minister Samantha Williams has taken immediate action to rectify this and has announced here intention to have Texania fill the gap in our fuel market. She claims to have made contact with the Texanian president this morning, and is awaiting his reply so that they can finalize an agreement to secure a stable oil supply for the social democracy, and its subsidiaries. In the mean time, NZ Oil Companies are running overtime, and are currently producing at 100% capacity, this has allowed them to supply 20.3 Million barrels a day, but they have warned that such a production rate will be impossible to maintain for longer that a few weeks. Therefore, the parliament has imposed an immediate ration on all petrol supplies, the limit is 45 Litres a week per person (Over 18) with exceptions made for those with special cases. However, once oil suppliers are found it is a matter of whether or not the "Oil Preservation Act" passes. The Socialist Party of New-Zealand (Currently holding government under Prime Minister Samantha Williams) wishes to cut back significantly on local oil production, instead saving the oil reserves what what the prime minister called "a rainy day". This bill is likely to pass as it has the support of both the Socialists and the Greens, together making up 68% of the parliament.  The oil rigs will be kept on standby and will be activated in the case of a shortage, due to unavoidable circumstances such as war. Also, the NZ Oil Industry will be encouraged to attempt cleaner sources of energy such as Biogas, Bioethanol, and Hydrogen. Those currently employed in the rigs and oil sector have been promised that they will NOT loose their jobs. Instead they will be reassigned to another job of similar pay and qualifications in another one of NZ's state owned enterprises.
