UNILATERAL MILITARY INTERVENTION

Target : Georgia, Japan, and Articmainia
Preamble :
The Eurussian Government, in its desire to maintain and promote world peace and ensure that all disputes are settled with the most peaceful means available, has been urged by the international community to request before the Security Council, that after all diplomacy has been exhausted, to authorize a worldwide effort of a military intervention to bring the nations of Georgia, Japan, and Articmainia back into a responsible member of the community.
These were caused by their unilateral invasion of different countries for reasons unacceptable to the standards of the international community and as well as blatant violation of the World Alliance Constitution and in that sense, disrespectful to international laws.
Objective : The Security Council, composed of all its members, shall lead an international effort to remove the responsible heads of state and heads of government of Georgia, Japan, and Articmainia, by force if necessary, and ensure the installation and establishment of a constitutional democratic government to Georgia, Japan, and Articmainia to preserve their independence, sovereignty, heritage, and identity as Georgians, Japanese, and Articmainians, respectively.
The Security Council shall utilize the WAAF to achieve the objectives of this mandate, provided that all actions of these international effort of military intervention are consistent with the principles of international laws and the spirit of this Security Council mandate.
The Security Council, by virtue of this mandate, shall ensure that Georgia, Japan, and Articmania, upon establishment of their new constitutional democratic governments, shall never wage aggression, except in cases of self defense. Otherwise, any nation, may invoke this international law (regional law), again, to maintain world peace.
All responsible leaders shall be brought to the WA Court of Justice.

Before voting, we would like that the WAAF, which, remember, is the armed wing of the Security Council, to share the action as a coordinating elements among the various nations.
What we would like, after the end of military operations themselves, the WAAF take control of the three rogue states guiding them in the transition.

New Tarajan is not part of the SC, however, we would like to ask to the Council to take into consideration a proposal to place side by side WAAF and SECURS forces in this resolution, since most of our Member States are already involved in the conflict, and SECURS has the capabilities and the forces to immediately operate against the targets of this resolution, as also demonstrated by the rapid occupation of Articmanian territory in the southern continent.
Another reason behind this proposal, is to allow SECURS to keep the adminstration of the abovementioned territory, since it is located in the range of three core Member States of the organization. This would help the maintenance of control over the territories in the southern continent, leaving the WAAF with the task to take care of other, more relevant, territories of the three targeted States.
We hope for a favourable response of the Council.

WAAF is the sole military arm of the Security Council. Of course, there could still be a joint inter-organizational cooperation. The purpose of this law is to condemn the aggression.

Indeed, it was not my intention to criticize the role of the WAAF as sole arm branch of the SC (we are part of the WAAF too). Marquette is not officially voting on this resolution yet as we are strongly opposed to the European proposal. Marquette has already assumed control of Japan and we have already arrested its political leaders guilty of starting the war on Marquette, and we are not going to give up our control over the Japanese government until we believe they have undergone a complete and peaceful transition into a new government.

Eurussia believes that the issue of whoever controls whatever is not an issue with the overall objective of this Unilateral Military Intervention of the international community which at the end of the day is to ensure that the governments of Japan, Georgia, and Articmainia must be replaced into a new constitutional democratic government under the watch of legally bound international organs of the Security Council with the help of nations.
