Eurussia officially accepts its WARP membership.

Eurussia thanks the WARP for representing the Eurussian Empire in the WA Parliament and the WA Council. But the time has come for us to leave the Party. Due to changes in our political landscape, the ruling Democratic Party do not reflect the ideals of a royalist bloc anymore. Hence, we decided to officially move out from the Party with honor and the trust accorded to us by all our party mates.

We understand the positions expressed by all of you. The WARP is glad to have been your Party for such a long time. Sincerely, I would like to ask you to reconsider your position and stay with us but, if this is your idea, then, I cannot avoid to wish to all of you good luck!

And to all the remaining Party Members, I announce you that it's time to think about our election strategies. Moreover, I wish to invite every Member to suggest new ways to improve our Party performance and internal efficiency.
Also, I wish to open official internal elections for the nomination of the two Deputy Leaders, as provided by the Party Statute, before the elections for the Parliament commence; in theory, the Statute empowers the Leader with such a choice, but I believe it's more important to involve all the Members, and I'll modify the Statute accordingly. Thus, everyone interested in the position, please, submit your candidature here in the thread until the 20th of April, then every Member will cast its vote.
And remember: we need to stay stronger, and united, under the flag of Royalist ideals!

we first have to elect people into Parliament and Marquette and Shirouma have to announce their candidacy for those positions.

It's understandable.
As you can imagine, this is a decision that compete to the Party as a whole.
Personally, I can say that, for me, it's a good idea.

I ask to all Party Members to offer they candidature (if they wish) for the role of Deputy Leader until tomorrow, when I'll ask for immediate vote (we need to be quick).
Also, I wish to ask to all interested Members to announce their candidacy for the Parliament (not for the Council....for that, we will see later), so that we will be able to have a caucus list as soon as possible.

And, since this will be a time of changing for our glorious Party, I inform all Members that I wish to choose a motto for us...and also an official symbol!
For the former, if everyone here is able to use programs and similar to make it, please, contact me!
For the motto, instead, what do you think of: "Ad augusta, pro regis" (toward great things, for the King)?

About the motto and the symbol: anyone has ideas?

Also, please, present your candidature for the Parliament, if you wish (ONLY for Parliament, for the moment).

Never mind, I changed my mind. I have a ruler but he's like a pope but for the reformed Norse mythology. Is that ok? He is not a king but a "fylkir" (head of all of the Norse).
