Why is parliament still not open

I have no idea.
And I must ask sorry....North United Kingdom was already included in the list....so, I propose to give it to Atletius, and, once again, I take the occasion to publish our new caucus for the Parliament:

What do I have to do?

We will decide the main lines of our action after the first opening of the Parliament.
We should watch carefully to the political composition of it before taking any further action.

Can I just ask, is this party for absolute monarchies only, or are constitutional monarchies allowed as well. Atletius is considering moving towards becoming one, but will refrain from doing so if it means we will lose membership of W.A.R.P

All kind of monarchies are accepted in the WARP. Antanares is a Federal Principality and, of course, is not an absolute monarchy.

Don't worry Atletius, we are open to all kinds of monarchies.
An absolute one is more than welcome here (and in our "sister" organization, the SECURS).

I wish to ask you to retire your candidacy for the seat of Speaker: we had already decided times ago that Marquette will be our candidate.
If you want, you can run with me for the Council.


Now that we know to be the first Party of the Parliament, I have created a first guidelines for our action in the Parliament, that I wish to submit to you for approval:

1)Election of Marquette as Speaker of the Parliament
2)Election of at least four our members in the Council
3)Support to New-Zealand as Regional Delegate
4)As leader of the Party, I will run for the Presidency of the Council
5)Finally, we have to keep strong relations of cooperation with the IGP, particularly, since their goals aren't incompatible with ours

I am very friendly with Yellasia, Aloia, and HPS so #5 shouldn't be too hard.

Very well then. Obviously, it will be the duty of our Party to vote in unity.

Antanares accept the proposal of the line-guides of New Tarajan. Also, we want to announce Antanares would not candidate itself for any kind of roles into the parliament.

I think the best we can do is to candidate only four nations, to not disperse any votes. For this, I would announce Antanares is not a candidate in the council.

I cannot run for Council but I believe I can vote.

I have already contacted a member of the IGP and New Malizia for support but, for the moment, no response. So, the answer to your question is: yes.
We need to act cooperatively with the others.
