City of Yell Peace Conference
Welcome to the City of Yell Peace Summit. This is to be done with the aim of establishing peace in Snarfia as well as determining the political future of South Zagoria and now, North Snarfia.
As usual, just post your leaders faces and names.

Why is Marquette of Pacific not invited? We have a large number of Snarfian immigrants, not to mention our close proximity to Snarfia.

OOC: Europe seems to be deliberately not responding. I went ahead and invited Articmainia,but if neither respond within a day we'll just have to start this without them, considering the main belligerents- Snarfia/North Snarfia and the Snarfian Movement of the Red Star have already arrived.

I must protest with the Yellasian government.
The SECURS is deeply militarily involved in the Snarfian war against the SHDKZ, and we have also deployed a diplomatic initiative in the area.
As Secretary General of the Organization, I ask to participate to this meeting.

Reminder. This is not about SHDKZ, this is about South Zagoria Political Status. Therefore, there is no reason for SECURS to have its representation on this Peace Conference.

Eurussia expresses its rejection to such requests as Snarfia is not a member of SECURS.

I thinks New Tarajan talks about the intervention of forces of Antanares and New Tarajan itself to the side of United State of Europe, supporting their operation "Enduring Freedom". If is that New Tarajan mean, I ask if is possible, for Antanares and New Tarajan, have a role of observer in the conference for the reason our forces are deployed in Snarfia and, to specify, for represent not the SECURS but simply the nations.

With all due respect to Antanares, this Peace Conference is about the issue on the political status of South Zagoria (now North Snarfia) and not the SHDKZ. And the operation of Enduring Freedom is about the terrorist attacks of the SHDKZ.

If is only for the question of the South Zagoria, I apologize for the misunderstanding. But, I think the observer, who don't intervene directly in the conference, mustn't be really directly involved in the question to participate into a meeting like a simple watcher. I speak now only for Antanares and I will request to the government of Yellasia for a seat of observer, to follow nearer the work of this peace conference.
Also, I would ask to Snarfia to abandon every kind of threat against foreign country.

We simply aim to watch carefully to such a Summit as observers, since we are involved in other affairs,but in the same country, and, you know, no question is isolated from the others.
Also, we must respectfully ask to Eurussia to not pronounce judgements, since the decisions could come only from Yellasia.
If the Yellasia government will decide to accept us as Observers to the Summit we would be glad to assist...otherwise, we will respect the Yellasian decision.
