I would like to ask if you are interested in making the Court a part of the International Union of Nations.

The Court is a completely independent body. It must keep an absolute neutrality so, it cannot be part of any other organization.

As Founder and Member of the IPC, I strongly condemn Eurussia for the decision to proceed with the test of the dark matter bomb.
For the moment, we will not ask for direct sanctions coming from this Conference, created with the sole purpose to provide a field for international trust, peace and friendship. The decision of Eurussia, as a Member of this Conference, were deeply against this spirit.
However, we still hope in a reconsideration by the Eurussian government of its position.

Eurussia respects the position of New Tarajan. However, we decline to call our test as an 'anti-matter or dark matter bomb test' (since I'm really not familiar with it lol) but is different from a nuclear, biological, or chemical weapons test, as prescribed by the Kyongdong Program.

On the other hand, we assure our colleagues in the International Peace Conference that the Kyongdong Program were initiated with respect to international laws and right to self defense and the pursuit of promoting long lasting peace.
