WASDA (World Alliance Defense Space Agency) Act
Written by United States of EuropeMust be start by saying that this organization is voluntary, it is a government agency dependent on the Security Council and has as its primary objective the regional security and cooperation among nations.
The Agency DOES NOT WANT to substitute the governments of individual nations, but to increase cooperation with other countries and act in concert with them.
Section 1 /Structure and Functioning the Agency/
Article 1, General Secretary
The Secretary-General is the one who leads the entire organization. It presides over the General Assembly and prepares orders and resolutions to be adopted. The Secretary is the organization within the Security Council, and may also be a member of the Board.
The Secretary is elected once a month (every 20 days) by the members of the Assembly. Until the Assembly does not reach the 11 States, the Secretariat will be occupied by the United States of Europe.
Article 2, General Assembly
The General Assembly is the legislative body and the executive body of the agency. It consists of all members of the organization. Prepare missions and actions of the organization, approved as a resolution. May propose resolutions of the members of the Assembly, the Security Council members or third parties, provided that they are supported by at least two members of the Council or the Assembly.
The General Assembly will be located in its own building, located in the city of Moscow (Eurussia), with a branch office in Seaside (New Europe).
Article 3 National Contact Points
The national contact points are the local structures of the General Assembly, located in the capitals of all the member countries. They will be the points of contact between national governments and the international organization.
Article 4, Rapid Deployment Forces
Rapid Deployment Forces are divisions of the armed forces of member countries to be used solely and exclusively for the purposes of the Agency. These divisions will be armed and equipped properly, and they will need our own facilities (buildings and bases of various kinds). Must contain airborne, ground and space. The size will be calculated based on the size of the armed forces of various countries.
Article 5 Additional Facilities
Additional features will be additional facilities available to the Agency.
Now do not exist, and must be built with the contribution of all the countries in the region. The structures belong to every nation in the region.
The first will be a space-based, fully functional, to be used not only for military purposes, but also civilians (scientific research).
Other facilities will be laboratories, observatories other buildings that will be used for scientific research.
The second structure is a network defensive orbital satellites containing a lookout and defensive positions orbitals of various types. The function will be eslusivamente defensive.
The third structure is a network of spaceports (5 to 7) scattered throughout the region, which will start joint missions agency.
The structures belong formally to the Agency, but will be managed by the Security Council. This is to symbolize that these structures belong to all members of the region.
Section 2 /Tasks of the Agency/
Article 1 Military Tasks
The Agency never does,and I emphasize NEVER, be used for offensive purposes, such as wage war against alien races or against other nations. The device will only work when the military security of the region is under threat from the outside. In this case, the nations will move in a coordinated manner, in accordance with the provisions of the Agency. In specific periods of time (set by the General Assembly), the device will perform military organization of the exercise, the Member States will be free to choose whether to participate or not.
Article 2, non-military tasks
The structures of the Agency (such as space stations) will also accommodate scientific research projects. The General Assembly will handle a particular fund, called "Support Fund for Science", which will give grants to scientific research projects, with particular attention to those who, in some way, relate to the space.
The Agency may also undertake scientific research with its own structures.
The Agency will organize and manage missions of space exploration and colonization, in which member countries may choose to participate or not.
The Agency will also have an economic / industrial aspect, as we shall see in the next section.
Section 3 /Appearance economic and industrial/
Article 1, What are the economic and industrial aspect
The Agency's task will be to put in communication and close relationships industry sectors Air, Space, and mechanics of the various member nations.
The General Assembly will manage a network of companies, where companies can share projects, alliances and invest money on them reciprocally.
The network will be adhesion-free.
The General Assembly will also manage a fund called "Fund for Enterprise," which will cover the industries mentioned above, fostering their development and growth.
The fund will help firms in these sectors are in trouble, and give importance to innovation and research.

Aloia votes in favor. Our space forces are still only in their earliest stages so it would be nice to know that our Alliance is looking out for us until we can catch up to the levels of space tech other nations possess.

TFR is also voting in favour. Turkiye is new in Space Technology same as Alonia and whole alliance will help each other so Turkiye can catch up + Maybe we can have more chance against Reapers like that

WORLD ALLIANCE DEFENSE SPACE AGENCY ACT

Preamble
The WA Defense Space Agency is a voluntary organization under the Security Council.
The WA Defense Space Agency shall aim maintaining regional security and cooperation.
Section 1) Structure and Functions
1.1) Secretary General
The Secretary General shall be the leader of the entire organization.
It presides over the General Assembly and reponsible in all preparations.
It is elected once a month, every twenty days, by member states of the Assembly.
The Secretary General shall be from the United States of Europe unless otherwise the membership of the WASDA reaches eleven member states.
1.2) General Assembly
The General Assembly shall be the legislative and executive body of the organization.
It shall consist of all delegates from all member states of the organization.
It shall adopt resolutions as actions and missions of the organization.
The General Assembly shall enteratin third party proposals provided that such shall be supported by at least two thirds of the entire assembly in which its headquarters must be located at Moscow, Eurussia and a branch office at Seaside, New Europe.
1.3) National Contact Points
The National Contact Points shall be the coordinating centers of the WASDA located in each member state which shall serve as the liaison office between national governments and the institutions of the organization.
1.4) Rapid Deployment Forces
The Rapid Deployment Forces shall be specialized divisions of the armed forces of each member state whose missions shall be exclusive to the organization and must be capable on ground, airborne, and space in which the size shall be determined accordingly.
1.5) Additional Facilities
These additional structures shall be constructed be the efforts of all member states and shall be exclusively utilized to the missions and actions of the organization alone but under the indirect authority of the Security Council to ensure fair utilization for all member states.
* A space based observatory which shall be fully functional for the sole purpose of scientific research and shall never be used for military purposes. It shall be supported by ground based laboratories for the purpose of fulfilling its defined missions.
* A network of orbital satellites located in the outer space whose functions shall be a lookout and defensive warning centers exclusive for defense purposes.
* A network of space ports located throughout the region which shall serve as support stations on the conduct of missions of the organization.
