As the Mediator of this Peace Conference, Eurussia expresses our deepest gratitude to Articmainia and Imabistan backed by Texania for implementing a de facto ceasire to give way to this peace talks. We praise your leaders for doing the right thing for your people.

Hence, we seek now the formal concessions and demanda from both sides so we could determine an amicable solution to end this conflict.

As the Mediator, Eurussia praises Articmainia and Imabistan backed by Texania, and even Ireland for each other's willingness to pay reparations for the sake of our peoples. Nevertheless, we are also inclined to suggest to both sides to heed to the 350 miles buffer zone from their respective borders particularly the withdrawal of troops from both sides.
Eurussia believes that if both countries are willing to pay, there is no issue of the willingness of withdrawal. And to ensure the implementation of this 350 miles buffer zone on both sides, we could send peacekeeping forces as we are friends to both nations.
