(Resolved) Shirouma vs Farshonia

Yesterday and today I've been witnessing very bad behaviour from Farshonia his yesterdays comment on how all LGBT people should die was something I ignored because I guess I just hoped it was some kind of his RP, though today morning I saw that was not the case at all.
Therefore I bring this to the court in hope that this can get solved.

As the court can see in the evidence here, he has insulted Ireland and Arveyes :

Also as the Court of Justice is aware of, Farshonia has been punished by the court before so this is definetely not his first offence against World Alliance.

I think he has left the region.

He has, so has Stirva before he faced his punishment, but in case that Farshonia would like to come back, this needs to be done.

Sorry for the delay, here's the verdict:

The Court finds the defendant, Farshonia, guilty on all counts. Farshonia violated numerous NS Moderator Laws, and violated the rulings if several moderators. Thusly, Farshonia is retroactively banjected and is banned from returning to the World Alliance.

I hate to sound rude, but I am extremely elated that I made him "crack". A nuisance well disposed of.
