The Irish Government voted to overturn the ban. IMOOC is allowed in Ireland now. I won't be giving a list of universities but Eurussia will course out the IMOOC through our university network through the Eurussian Education Agency. And this agency shall be placed on the list for Eurussia.

A nation that would potentially ban such a lovely organisation (with whom we share not so sweet relations) from their students should not be adorned with the grace of having their official language be taught internationally, and also, I pertain the head of the linguistics department.
