Article IX ) Constitutional Revisions and Amendments

Any revisions or amendments in any part hereof can be proposed by any member state with the support of a member of the Security Council in which such amendment shall be adopted via unanimous approval of the Security Council.

Article X ) Constitutionality and Sovereign Effectivity

This charter shall be the ultimate law of the World Alliance and all existing laws in effect prior to its adoption shall be deemed repealed and all future laws upon its adoption shall be consistent with the spirit of this constitution.

This charter shall be approved via super majority of all members of the World Alliance present on the concurrent convention and the same shall take effect for future amendments of any part or provision hereof.
Eurussia respectfully submits to the Security Council our proposal to call a Constitutional Convention to be held at the Peace Palace which is the headquarters of the WA Government located in our capital city of Moscow.

We ask for a unanimous approval as it is required by the constitution in which our aims for calling such convention is to push for major institutional reforms mainly to appease all parties that heavily contest the provisions of our current constitution.

This particular clause has been the cause of unrest earlier, namely in the case of New-Zealand vs Vaticanosia. As shown here the Court of Justice motioned in the favour of me, and stated that the delegate may indeed run for Security Council (Proof)

Thus inorder to ensure that the WA is once again not drawn into a pointless drama due to this confict. I ask that we amend the constitution so that it clearly states that the Delegate is NOT a part of the World Alliance Government, and is thus allowed to run and hold a position in WA Government subsidiaries such as the Security Council and the Court of Justice.

here is just a thought

sovereign country's should have their own constitution and should not participate for the benefit of others due to the European collapse effect of 2008.

Greece and Norway are two separate country's but by forcing them to they cant be able to do the best things because every country has its own climate agenda borders culture and People.

if you would make a constitution for more than one country you shouldn't make a constitution but a code of rule's for the allied nations so that they can grow in their own way and still develop whatever the course of another.

economics and marketing go a lot better because the guide line's do not force but helps your nation in the way of learning the roads of prosperity.

whenever someone does not follow the code he or she is not banished or whatever because its a code and not a constitution what is more tight.

If you will read the present constitution, the sovereignty of each state is guaranteed and everything we do is above national governments that affect each other on international level but not necessarily our domestic policies and there is no constitutional rule that prohibits any nation to have its own constitution.

However, if its about naming, I would prefer it be called as a CHARTER rather than a constitution just like the United Nations Charter :-)
