WA for Inter-Regional Roleplay?

Just recently, three regions, some are big and some are small, have offered if we are interested into coming up with an inter-regional roleplay. There was also another region, a few months ago, that we have almost agreed to do the Inter-Regional RP, and I insisted on using our Forums, but time passed by I forgot about it due to our in-game interactions and activities.

Nevertheless, I always tell them that based on my analysis and perspective as the Founder, I simply say that the World Alliance is contented with its internal RP and most are happy with it. Although I refere them to the WA Council for decision, I'm not sure if it was the right thing to do.

Anyways, so as not to lose the opportunity "TO PROMOTE" the region, I just invite them to try creating puppets in the region and try roleplaying, I also entice them to instead create embassy threads so at least they could visit our Forums and see how active we are in our RP.

ISSUES:

1) How are we going to adopt this?

2) How would the WA Government act on this?

As far as I could remember, there is a proposal or discussions about Colonial News Network, about the colonial age and like the expansions of European powers. But having a Roman Era News Network, I think this is great. And I would love to join and participate!
